I hadnt cut my hair in years today I decided I didnt want long hair anymore so called around the area and after not having any luck finding any salons open past 6pm on Friday and since Im off work at 5:30 I got lucky to have gotten an appointment for 5:45 pm at Hair Plus located at the Westfield Countryside Mall or at least I thought I did... They were so rude when I arrived for my appointment the Man at the front counter lets a man named Ben (with a beard) know his appointment was here (me) and without any care of me hearing he tells the front counter guy I cant do it. The guy at the front counter tells me Ben will be with me soon. I said ok no problem I waited waited & about 10 minutes later this Ben guy with a beard comes up to me and says "I really cant cut your hair sorry". This place is open till 9pm I was there at 5:45 pm why couldnt he or anyone else there tell me we are busy but we can cut your hair as soon as one of us are finished with a client !!?? But No! No one said anything just looked at me. Worst customer service at a Hair Salon ever! I dont recommend this horrible place to anyone.

I have been having my hair done by Shirin since 2011 and I have followed her from one Regis location to the next... Even when I have waited waaaaay too long in between cuts and moved 45 min away I cannot and have not allowed anyone else to touch my hair! She is awesome!

Ive been going to Anna for a couple years to get my brows done. Ive gone to others in the past and kicked myself afterwards. She shapes your brow perfectly! Nissa does great haircuts too! I know its a mall place but they do a great job!
