POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My family and I just moved here. When I came in to the salon, I had a warm welcome by the first hair dresser. Then the hairdresser named Linda (with her completely frizzed and dried out blonde hair and dark roots) wearing jeans and a grey tank top, looked at my hair and said that she could not cut my hair because it was too hard??? And because it would take 2 hours???? I am an asian woman with completely straight hair. All I needed was a few inches taken off and long layers maintained. If that is too complicated then what type of haircuts can they do? She was completely rude and very offensive. Considering they are advertising a family salon, my family and I will not be returning there. And I will be telling everyone at my new office at the Tradewinds (that will be hundreds of business they will not be receiving) to avoid that salon!

There is a woman named "Ingrid", there who can do any kind of a Bob hair cut better than anyone Ive ever been to. I gave her a picture of the cut I wanted and that is exactly what I got! Ingrid cuts my hair so when I wash and blow dry it...it does the exact style!! This is so important to me since I am not good at styling my hair. I get sooooooo many compliments on my hair cuts done by Ingrid and so do my friends and neighbors. Who knew, tucked away in a very unidentifiable location in a strip mall across from the beach you could find such hair cutting EXCELLENCE!!

The owner was there to cut my dads hair. Were here on the first vacation in 17 years. The lady cutting dads hair was kind and engaged in interesting small-talk, particularity about going to the beach. My dads haircut is great! And even though we didnt know to make an appointment, he was able to get his haircut. Very nice place.

Ingrid has been cutting and coloring my hair for a year now and she is outstanding. Not only is she an amazing person that is lovely to talk to, she is very talented in both color and style. She can also look at a photo of what you want and deliver.
