Went in on a whim with almost chin length hair. It had taken me me two years to grow out my ultra short cut. It was mostly one length and I wanted a cut that had layers for movement and a bit more volume. My hair cutter was a girl from Chicago with long blond hair. I showed her pictures I had on my phone. I told her I wanted to keep the length, just a little shorter near the ears and blended back. She said yes, I wont take any length from the back. Then she cut off all the length!! I now have ultra short hair again. When I said Oh my gosh thats really short, she said that its not really shorter, just thinned out on the crown. But if you go from 6 inches long to 1 or 2 inches, I think thats a lot shorter. Not super happy.

I went to Hair Cuttery on a Sunday,before a interview/promotion at my company.Sunday was a walk-In day,so appointments could not have held a space for me.i got there with just enough time to meet,and have Mellisa cut,color,highlight,and style my hair.I was so amazed at how perfect and genuine my experience was. I have been to so many places and was surprised. at how much more I enjoyed my experience.My husband was thrilled and loved it too. I cant say enough how pleasant and satisfying my hair was at the end.i did get the job and it helped to walk in there confident with a great hair day! Thanks Mellissa

$10 extra to blow dry a childs hair? Its my fault for not asking the price first but honestly its a little excessive to charge $10 to dry a childs hair. My advice is to always ask how much it will be before you start the service because each stylist charges whatever they want according to their so-called skill level. So depending who is randomly assigned to you you will never know what you are paying.
