I got the WORST hair cut and dye I have ever had. My hair was supposed to be blonde with grey streaks. My hair was yellow by the time I walked out of there, my bangs were not the way I wanted them and you couldnt tell I had streaks. The hair stylist Terrance refused to listen to what I wanted and had to say. He argued with me when I told him I didnt want my hair to be straightened after it was dyed and was VERY DRY. He also argued about what products I should buy. I dont like regis shampoo and conditioners and he sat at the counter arguing with me that I should buy them. I felt like he was just trying to fill a quota and didnt care about my experience with the products. I have never felt so disappointed and distraught after getting my hair done. I will NEVER get my hair done here again because its not worth it. They shouldnt charge as much as they did if their only going to provide services that are entry skill level.

I went to Regis yesterday for a cut and left with the best haircut Ive had in my entire life! Terrance was amazing from start to finish. Not only was he very tuned into what worked best for my thick wavy hair, he also made me feel relaxed and comfortable. (Normally Im a bit nervous because Ive had some truly awful experiences at various salons.) He made sure every strand was exactly the way I wanted, and he very kindly waited for me to say we were done, rather than just going through assembly line motions and sending me on my way. The entire staff was the same way, in that I felt more that I was among friends than with people who only wanted to sell me something. I wont be going anywhere else but Regis, and I highly recommend Terrace!

I have been a repeat customer for years at this Regis. The majority of stylists here are very pleasant, professional, and honest. The stylist that I use and a "regular" for is Alice. She is AWESOME! she cares about what I think of the final product and doesnt let me leave with something I dont like or want. Although that is an extreme rarity as she usually gets it right 1st time. To the point that I dont even need to tell her what I want ......she knows. The Manager is Excellent, the store is always clean, and the atmosphere is fun.........although they do need to switch up the music a bit, it does seem like the same song is playing there every visit. A+ Grade!

I have always had pleasant experiences at this salon until yesterday. The lady was very rough with my hair and not gentle at all. She was pulling my hair so hard and hit my ear piercing very hard repeatedly after I asked her to be careful around it. I was getting a partial done and she took a shortcut way and was very lazy so she could leave work earlier. I have gotten a partial done multiple times and know that the way she did it was very lazy and she just wanted to take the easy route.

Being new in town wasnt sure where to take my daughter for color and highlights. We had used Regis Salons back home so decided to give them a try. Great decision! Terrance did an amazing job giving my 15 yr old the hair she wanted!!! And he didnt complain when it took almost 2 hours just to put foils in with her massive amounts of hair!! He listened, took his time and treated her with respect. We will definitely be coming back!

We are new to town so I wanted to find a great stylist close to home. Georgia gave me the best cut Ive had in recent years! I brought a picture of a new style that I liked and she styled my hair exactly how I wanted it done. Pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Disappointed that after all these years they cant fix the music. Who wants to listen to scratchy untuned music. The station doesnt come in clear. Fix it immediately. Seriously fix the music. People need to relax not feel like their ears are bleeding.
