Read this review carefully!! I had applied through craigslist for a inbound customer services job. I had the pleasure of meeting the nice employees and owner of Pride Staff . The process was easy and simply; and Amanda the owner was very prompt with getting documentation over. Although this all sounds great. I was place at a company called Professional Survey Inc, who is located in“clearwater” Largo. I was sent to a company that actually does outbound calling/ more than inbound calls and the training was terrible. The PSI looks at there employees as number so much so; I had been racially profile. I had a trainer walk up to me while I was on a live call with a member of USSA. The trainer Cynthia pointed her fingers in my face yelling at me, stating I wasn’t incorrectly reading my script than walk away and came on the other side of me yelling read the script, read the script; I heard your call that was monitor. Than she than stated I said read it, you better make sure you read the second line. She then went around point her finger at the script , hitting the paper to juster me to the wording of it. I finished the call, went looking for the trainer. Than ran into another trainer who I explain to her what happen and she state there not allowed to do that while we are a call. In the meantime the same trainer Cynthia came back around yelling at me, stating to sit down so she can go over my call. She than was doing her feedback, and she than state you told a customer you wanted to go on break and you was hoping to wrap this up in 5mins. I said that wasn’t true , she called me a liar; and than the other trainer correct her by stating you have the wrong person. That not Trey you been talking and yelling at Ty, as if he did something wrong, all she said was oohh im sorry you can go back to your desk, your fine. As the day grew; I felt very uncomfortable there. So I call Pride staffing who handle this matter very well in conveying the situation to Lori and assured they would have them look into this. Long story short, Dorrie from PSI and Lori called me saying that they wanted me to come back; they listen to my calls and I had great calls, they sorry this happen. And they didn’t mean for this to happen. But it felt so cold , and I felt they knew there was some racial profiling going on. My whole point is don’t accept a job with PSI. In fact one of my best friend from USSA, is giving the proper information to contact their president to inform them of how theyre treating people at this company. I do have a formal letter that will be sent directly to USSA. There are about 6 others going write to them as well. The reason I gave Pride such a low score is because Pride representing them. I am glad I didn’t quit my other job. But this matter will not be put to rest until I know this type of behavior will never be accepted. Pride can step up and find a little better company to staff others at, and make sure they have there true facts before feeding the wrong information.

Pridestaff is absolutely amazing! I recently returned to the bay area to take care of my mother. While searching for agencies to assist me with finding employment I located their ad on Craigslist. I submitted my resume, received a call the same day from Lauren who asked standard qualifying questions, after the questions were answered she scheduled me for an interview. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Lauren, and noticed a very clean professional environment. I was interviewed by Amanda, who exhibited the highest form of professionalism in that she explained what they were in need of as well as what their client was looking for. With her explanation, I knew I was the man for the job, my qualifications met their expectations!! Amanda informed me she would submit my resume and get back to me after she heard from her client. I was updated often by Amanda which is unusual, her personal touch is an added bonus. Amanda got back to me as she said, I interviewed with their client and I start this Monday! This company changed my life as I left a very good job to come to Tampa with no prospect for employment. I would recommend Pridestaff to anyone looking for a quality opportunity for employment with a purely professional organization! Thank you Pridestaff, now I have pride because of you!

Absolutely one of the best staffing agencies I have ever worked with. Amanda and Matt were wonderful. The interview with pride staff was well organized and a pleasant experience. They informed me of the in and outs of the opportunity that was available. In addition to that Amanda accompanied me and other applicants on the interview to help me feel more comfortable what the interviewing process at PSI. I have never had that happen before. Usually after the staffing agency interview I need see that person again. That was truly unexpected but well appreciated. However, their support did not stop there, I have been a representative at PSI for two months and they continue to check in with me about the progress of my new position. Everything that Pride Staff informed about the position was absolutely true. Honesty is very important to me. I have been in situations where the staffing agency I formed of compensation and benefits would be one thing and when you get with the actual company the compensation and benefits are lower than what you were told. Then you feel like you been taken advantage of. That was not the case. Thanks guys, I greatly appreciate it. I would recommend them to any job seeker in the area. Outstanding company. I have never felt so welcomed by any group of people before now. They were all so eager to help and assist me and after working with 3 other staffing agencies over the years,Ive never experienced a team like this! They had me come in right away,the next day,interview me,and they did everything they said they would for me and in a timely matter. Unlike anything Ive ever seen.
