In review of your website; it seems you have set yourself a part of the status quo---visitors does not have to look for the tidbits--you have them on the front page; you have a list of your current available positions on the front page. And, most of all I like the video streaming on your page. People can equate easily to people---I will say you have my best interest at heart, or you would not have taken the time to have everything at my fingertips. Great Job!!!!
