This agency is evil and a bunch of liars/assholes. They suck you in to their office only to lie to you over and over again. They dont send your resume to clients - they say they did only to cover up their tracks and lie. Watch out for Pat Falone and Katie they are nothing but assholes and liars and so much more. They both should be fired. They blame you for causing problems when they are the cause of all of it. They treated me very badly. When I get through with this agency, Katie, Pat Falone, and Kathy Adams they wont be working in this state or anywhere for that matter. She has caused me a great deal of pain and I plan on suing them. Dont even think about suing me because I have nothing they destroyed my life. They make promises to you only to lie to you. Katie belittles you on the phone and blames you for something she caused years ago. She cant let go of the past. I was supposed to meet Katie in the Tampa office years ago but she makes you go on a wild goose chase and tell you she is in the SunTrust Building in Westshore only to find out she isnt there then she makes you feel stupid about yourself and bad mouth you to her coworkers in the Clearwater office. She also says lies about you to other Ultimate Staffing agencies. Hope Pat Falone and Katie rot in hell for the pain they caused me and that includes Kathy Adams for making me come all that way only to cause me pain. I want my 10 dollars for gas money for a wasteful trip. Dont go to this temp agency. I am begging you candidates looking for work this temp agency is a horrible agency and bad news and should be shut down for good. Will do whatever it takes to make that happen. They set you up for failure and cause you pain and dont look for work for you. Stay away from this place. I am going to contact BBB against them for putting me through a bunch of heartache. I refuse to back down - going to do what it takes to tarnish/ruin this agency once and for all. They blame you for things that arent true. If you have been there and think they are going to help you think again. They are lying to you. Trust me they will only cause you pain like they did me. They will not get away with the pain they caused me.

I answered a work-ad that Meg @ Ultimate had posted and within 2 days I was in their offices watching the Employee Ambassador Program video - Meg and the staff were extremely approachable, honest and REAL when it came to my expectations. I have been registered less than a month with Ultimate and Im already on one of the best assignments ever. They dont bog you down with idle chit-chat; they find the jobs that match your skill-set. Proof is in the pudding and I recommend them. ** One bit of advice, please be clear & specific with the Ultimate staff as to your needs/job site requirements (they are not mind readers). Once youre assigned, it looks bad pointing out the job site is not meeting your basic requirements. Thanks again Ultimate Staffing, I look forward to working with you again !!

$14/hr jobs. If youre college educated they cant help you but will want you to jump through hoops. They tried to recruit me. I did not ever want a temp agency or any temp positions. They post jobs that dont actually exist and their online site does not work properly ever. The girls in this office are not college educated and think $14/hr is something to beg for. Good Luck.

Wow, I am shocked to read those negative reviews. Kim emailed me the tests asap, called me with a couple of opportunities that sadly didnt pan out, but eventually she placed me in an awesome company where I currently am, and very happy. The company is very professional and friendly. Just wanted to balance the review scale! Kim worked hard for me!

Difficult to locate. Service was prompt and staff was friendly and helpful. Received a phonecall same day to start a temp position, but wasnt what I was looking for. Reps are diligent and really do help a lot in the process of finding a position for you.

Disappointed that I was told a test would be emailed to me shortly. It didnt arrive. I waited a day and emailed and phoned Kim and never heard from her or a staff member. There are other services that will help.
