I have been looking for work for quite some time and found Express Employment Professionals online. I havent used a temp service and was told by friends they had been employed successfully in the past when using one. I called and was referred to "Jennifer", who got on the line, asked me to send my resume, and set an appointment for the next day at 11am. I called the next morning to confirm because I had not received a return confirmation email. I was told, that I was not on the schedule and they were getting in touch with "Jennifer". Apparently, she wasnt feeling well and didnt come in. I received an email apologizing and telling me to come in the next day at 11. When I arrived I filled out more forms and was finally brought to her. When going over the forms, I was asked my age. She had told me on the phone that she had positions for me, but after meeting her in person, I never heard from her and she wont reply to my emails. I would not recommend this Express Employment office. They did not act professionally and I found their not returning emails and calls insulting after I had taken the time to come in and fill out all the forms with personal information and taking a drug test, also pretty personal .

They have this technicality that if you miss the day before or the day after the holiday you dont receive holiday pay for that holiday. I had worked the whole week coming up to Memorial day. I ended up getting sick over Memorial day weekend and wasnt able to go to work the day after Memorial day due to vomiting. Even though they excused the absence they still decided not to pay me for my holiday all because I got sick. Its sad when a company uses strategies not to pay their employees. Also they dont tell you about the contract you sign when hired which basically says if you dont work a certain amount of hours for our company well take you to court and sue you. Why would a company need to put their employees in a contract saying youll work for us or else. Then the terrible thing about it is they dont tell you about the contact they just hope you sign everything without reading it.

A+++ I am a very happy customer and it is all because of the Pinellas Park branch! They have some of the most friendliest, caring and talented people who work there. I am very grateful for them helping me when I needed it the most! Theyre very sincere and genuine with their customers and only want the best for us. I found a real friend in Monica who helped me land the job where I am now (which I LOVE), and she is really great at her job. That whole team in that office are truly amazing! They guided me through the whole process and I didnt have any questions left unanswered. I was really able to pick and choose what was right for me and they were really patient and understanding. I cant say enough good things about these ladies, I just wish the best for them and others who come to them looking for work! Go and see for yourself....

I recently had an interview at Express Employment Professionals. When I walked in it looked like any typical office space (lobby area, white walls, cubicles) and I was greeted with a smile by the front desk woman. I filled out paperwork and did not have to wait long to speak with my interviewer. Her name was Ali Rubio and she did her best to be as professional and honest about all the positions we discussed. Unfortunately the position I initially had considered did not end up meting the expectations of what I was looking for however the staffing agency continued the interview process in hopes that a different position may peek my interest. My overall thought of the company was positive. They seem to be doing everything they can to put the needs of their client first and be sure to match the positions with right fitting candidates.

The long story short, the people who work for Express agency are required to achieve a certain monthly/weekly number of people to apply for Express and in order to achieve the goal, employees at Express are simply advertise fake ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS on Craigslist (which cost nothing of course ) to get to peoples contact information, then start to call them and ask them to come to the office, so that they, falsely, achieve the required goal by waist our times. I cant find the right words to describe their receptionists attitude, you better go there and experience her unwelcoming face yourself. P.S. do not let the positive feedback fool you, they made them up.

I am not happy with this temp service! I was offered a data entry position and was told that there were only two positions needing to be filled and they had to be filled within a week. So Monica told me to make sure I took all my administrative testing that night so we could get the ball rolling and she would call me back by that Friday. No call back. I called to make myself available for anything else they had and they gave me some lower paying position at Walmart. I was obviously not satisfied with that position and Monica even told me she would feel like I was settling if I worked that assignment. Very misleading.

Express Pros has been a tremendous help in finding me excellent employment. I was always stuck in a job that wanted to pay me little and have me work any shift they needed. Express pros took everything I asked for and placed me in a long term career that fits my needs and perfect schedule. Their location was always very speedy and attentive to any of the questions or concerns that may have come up. If you have a job that you are not happy with or in need of employment I highly recommend Express Employment professionals. I submitted my application online and was called the very next morning for an interview with Ali Rubio very professional and caring Staffing Consultant I have ever met. She quickly picked up on what I was searching for and scheduled me on the spot for an interview I landed the job!!! She was an amazing person made me feel there was light at the end of my dark tunnel. The staff its super nice and very professional.. Thank you Express Employment for all you did for me.

I moved to Saint Petersburg from Jacksonville Florida and had several interviews on my own. I got offers that paid too little and others that said they would have an opening in a month or two. I went to ExpressPros and met Ali Rubio. She listened to the type of work I was interested in and immediately gave me some options. One of those options wa exactly what I was looking for and I cannot thank her enough! Prior to going to ExpressPros I tried everything and felt I had exhausted my options. I am sincerely grateful.

I really loved coming to Express Personnel, being interviewed by Ali Rubio. When I say perfect! Her professionalism skills are past perfect! I felt like she really cared, and she was already trying her best to match me with a job. Other staffing agencies have you come in test and tell you to check their website for updated jobs.
