I used two men in the truck of Pinellas County for a move from Clearwater Beach Florida to East Longmeadow Massachusetts on January 30 of 2016. My move required two trucks and was quoted by Ben Gordon (very nice guy) and the more expensive than the other quotes I received, Ben assured me I would receive personalized service from people who care and that any issues would be resolved airing to the side of making certain I was pleased. This all sounded great. I am here writing this nearly 6 months later with some damaged property resolved while other pieces still damaged with no resolution from this organization, or its parent organization. I have emailed, called, begged and pleaded to resolve the situation – I have no calls being returned or emails being replied to. I have escalated this issue to the parent company (each of these are franchises – so there’s little help from the franchisor). It is unfortunate that I cannot recommend this moving company and in fact strongly considering legal action in order to resolve the final damages to my furniture. I would give them less if I could. This is the second time, and now last time we will ever use Two Men and a Truck. We just paid thousands of dollars to move from Florida back to Ohio and let me tell you....so many of our things have been damaged. They didnt wrap any of my canvas paintings. And two of them are destroyed. I have broken lamps, my mattresses are filthy like they dragged them around outside or the truck was dirty. They were careless, and in a hurry. So much so that they kept asking if I wanted to leave things in Florida. ARE YOU SERIOUS? We are paying you over $6,000 to PACK AND MOVE OUR THINGS! Needless to say Im outraged, and will NEVER use this company again.

I am extremely pleased with my move i dont usually do reviews but sam and alex were great such positive gentlemen hard working and took great care of my furniture and move such great movers i will definetly use two men and a truck again most importantly the attitudes were great thanks Alex and Sam A+ work
