One star! My husband and I had our belongings unfortunately stored here for a little over a year while we went through a few life changes, and we learned quickly this was not the place we wouldve chosen had we done our homework. Its disgusting! We were renting a 10 x 20 outside drive-up unit (which we discovered about halfway through that we were overpaying for, in regard to other Uhaul locations), and ALL of our stuff was drenched with the insulation off of the ceiling. There were spiders and HUNDREDS of moth cocoons (or whatever they are called) inside our couches, grill, washer/dryer, and any other crack/crevice they could fit into! We have been moved out for over a month now and we are still slowly getting all the moths and insulation out of our furniture. This, on top of every time we went to get some of our stuff out of the unit (many times periodically throughout the 15 months it was in there), the office staff had left early! Also, I wouldnt recommend trying to move in here with a 30-ft Uhaul truck either, it is extremely narrow between the buildings, and there is absolutely no maneuverability room to do something as simple as driving a Uhaul truck. Id like to mention this has nothing to do with the Uhaul customer service reps in general, because everytime we have had a problem with them, they have always fixed the issue and compensated us for our troubles. However, I do not recommend this location.

These people claimed I put 122 miles on a truck when in fact I only put 34 miles on it. I turned it in the same night i rented it and NEVER expected the charge on my credit card a few days later, nearly triple what my bill should have been. After calling and advising that there was a mistake made they only called back and kept on with the lunacy of the crazy milage claim. I only put $8.00 in fuel in the truck the entire12 hours I had it, what great fuel economy.....and they still claim I drove 122 miles. I was never offered any form of refund or compensation for their error; I have disputed the charge with my bank. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from these people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I never knew I would have to video tape the odometer reading before dropping the keys in their dropbox.

Was forced to buy the $10 insurance, under the claim that it was "policy." I accepted as I thought I had no choice. After going to another U-Haul provider just the other day to rent one again, the desk person said the insurance was 100% optional. I feel very ripped off after being told that it is a requirement, only to learn that it is optional. This is a shady way to increase your sales numbers. Ill never visit this place again...

All of our property was damaged or soiled , the insulation covered everything , mildew clothing as well ..this is not a true representation of the U-Haul company good name.
