We moved from New Port Richey to Palm Harbor. They do have a crook working (mover) for them in the New Port Richey facility. This was from the facility on State Rd 54. We had put a sizeable amount of money under our dresser ( which we knew wasnt the smartest thing to do)saving for vacation, and didnt remember to get it out before the movers showed up. After the move, my husband remembered and called the manager of that facility. The driver denied getting the money and the sheriff confronted him and he denied taking the money. I know which one it was and he was FAT. My husband gave them a pretty good tip and that is what we got for it. That was an expensive move to the tune of over 600.00 more. I hope he enjoyed it but I am sure he is still living in a dump and the money is gone. He said he was trying to get back on his feet and then steal from someone.. I wonder how many more he has stole from. What a Sleazebag!

I hired this company for our move that was to occur today, but they have totally screwed us and not shown up. They were expensive at $130/hr (more than $2 per minute!), but we were in a hurry so I hired them. I spoke with their office immediately after the sales/estimator left on Tuesday to confirm the move. The office manager informed me everything was confirmed and set up for Saturday (today). She said Id receive a call or email with the estimated time of arrival closer to move date. When I called them today to find out what was going on, the office manager told me they didnt have our move in the system. They offered a further excuse that she couldnt complete the order because the sales guy didnt submit all of his paperwork. Now we have a huge mess to sort out since we now have to adjust the timelines with realtors, turn all of the utilities back on, and everything else that comes with moving.

When calling this 2 men and a truck we had set up an original date that had fallen through because of a hold up with the bank papers, after setting a tenative date for a move, that also fell through. We never confirmed our move and the date was tenative as discussed with the office. They showed up on the tenative date and told us we had to pay a 2 hour minium ($250). We told them this date was only tenative and that we did not confirm this as we still hadnt closed on the house. After all was said and done they were rude and unwilling to admit mistake so they lost our business to another moving company with better customer service and communcation skills. Oh, and they did not get the 250 either--HORRIBLE that people would try to abuse people like this!

Dan and Jose are an exceptional team!. They were very understanding in regards to how sentimental my bedroom furniture is, as they are family heirlooms. They treated my belongings with such respect and care. Words cannot express how truly appreciative I am. They worked carefully, efficiently and quickly. Dan and Jose were punctual, respectful, courteous and professional. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend this company and its services to anyone who is having to relocate. I am confident that they will provide their customer(s) with a stress free experience.

2 men a truck were came highly recommeded but it was the worse experience of my LIFE!!!!!!!!!! They first quoted me a price and never sent over a quote until I had to ask for one. They gave me no point of contact I had to call back. They arrived at 2pm in the afternoon just went it started to down pour and save the best for last they broke my sectional couch. Sad to say we will never use this moving company ever again and I will defintley spread the word about 2 men and a truck. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just completed I believe my 4th move using Two Men and a Truck. Alex and Rob were my movers for this occasion and they were fantastic. They listened to my needs and partnered with me to make sure that my goals were met. Sorry for all the heavy furniture Alex and Rob but you guys handled it like the pros you are. You are great ambassadors for your company. Everyone I dealt with was spot on with frontrunning every touch with a high level of real customer centric service. Thank you all.

We were told that the hourly rate was 114.00 per hour. They charged us the rate to and from their location to our home. So I paid for one hour of time for the workers to sit on there duffs. Not a good way to run a business. I could see a lesser charge because of fuel but not the same rate just to drive to the address. They moved two beds that were broken down for them, two dressers and 4 night stands in and out. 2 hours to move approximately 6 miles charged 3 hours.

We hired two men and a truck in New Port Richey, FL two weeks ago. Mark L. and George were the best movers weve ever had. It was over 95 degrees and they had to move us from one house with a curved staircase to another place with a steep staircase. Mark and George not only did this in less time then our estimate, they put everything in place and set up our beds. We are so pleased with them and definitely would hire them again for our next move.

Not very respectful of other businesses. Blared their radio in the truck for over an hour, was asked to turn the music down and the guy said whatever. Specifically asked your movers not to smoke around me, for health issues, and repeatedly had to ask them to put it out while they were around me. Not to mention, should have been working. I cant get my money back for your service, but I will never recommend your RUDE staff members.

Moving is stressful. Two Men and aTruck made it a lot less so. From the first contact to the end of the move everyone was helpful courteous and professional. Our movers Dan and Rob had a great attitude, worked hard and were very careful with all of my fine furniture. No matter what I asked them to do they were happy to do. Thank you for making my move a pleasant experience.

These guys are awesome. They arrived 10 minutes early and finished the job 1 hr quicker than I was estimated. I didnt take advantage of their packing service, so I was ready to go when they arrived. They sent me over some packing tips which help a lot. Thanks for a great experience. I will refer you to all of my friends.
