Was a member at this gym for over a year. They advertise there is no annual fee which there always is! Members beware. One of the managers is very anal about bringing a towel and harasses people constantly when they are working out. On the plus side they do have new equipment but not the same quality as a regular gym like la fitness..seems to be second hand quality from some knockoff company..but if your only paying $10 a month then you cant have too high of expectations. Furthermore, I told them a month in advance I was leaving and they tell me I dont need to notify them until my last day and they said I wont be charged anymore. That WAS A LIE! Ended up having to pay for closing my account plus the next months fee even though I already moved out of the state but since I had to notify them ONLY BY MAIL. I got charged for a another month since it takes 10 days to close down your account. BEWARE OF THE DISHONEST MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES! THERE IS A REASON WHY THE MONTHLY FEE IS SO LOW. Will never join another youfit again.

Youre better off going to a bigger company that values their members and the referrals youve given them. Rather than waiving a cancellation fee or the monthly due, they lied and said a third party handled it and they couldnt do anything about it. After investigating, it turns out they are in control. Several rude phone calls later and a call to their Clearwater headquarters, I will still end up being charged. To make matters worse, the manager in Clearwater spoke to me as if he knew no complaint made against him would go anywhere. Policy is policy and every company has one but the difference is, bigger companies extend a one time courtesy you in hopes of regaining you as a customer. They thrive on word of mouth and apparently they dont care if I refer people to other gyms instead of them. Having worked for their previous affiliated company, I know they are capable of waiving fees. They customer service is the same in all locations and a big part of why I cancelled and joined 24 hour fitness instead.

Krunchtime gym closed down with no notice whatsoever to members; just a sign on the door that they had transferred all memberships to Youfit, 2 miles away. I cant & dont want to use that gym so called Youfit to have charges credited back to my bank account and end my membership. Spoke with Hayley who told me I must come in person to sign cancellation form & that I would have to give 60 days notice & pay 2-months charges. I called my bank & was told that to stop payments I would have to close my account & open a new one with new account number. This would be a major pain for me as I pay all my bills through my banks bill-pay feature. If nothing is done to rectify this, I plan to pursue this through legal means against Youfit.

This club is very deceiving. I went in to get the $10 per month deal. They talked me into the $20 per month plan. The initiation fee was $42. Then they sold me on a Personal Trainer. Initiation fee $170 plus $70 per month for 2 sessions per month locked in. I was tossed to 3 different trainers in the first month but they would not let me cancel. I finally went to cancel the whole thing after 3 months, and I was told I was being charged $10 to cancel plus another $42 annual fee. I argued that I should not be charged an annual fee since Im cancelling after 3 months but they did not care. So I spent about $500 in 3 months, did not lose a pound, and feel very robbed. I will never join a gym again.

Very pushy people. Dont take "NO" for an answer and will find any way to take money from you. I canceled my membership, was told I would not be charged any more since I did it before the 10 days grace period. Guess what? IM STILL GETTING CHARGED. Im going to have to go back down in person AGAIN to Let them know I have my cancellation receipt and am being wrongfully charged. Before you join, consider using the hundreds of dollars you are going to spend here, and put it towards your own personal equipment and weights you can use at home ANYTIME. Plus all you really need to get in shape is time and effort.

Clean gym, courteous & friendly staff. Not bad for the $20 I pay to also bring my daughter and/or other workout buddy without getting hassled. When you sign up, they tell you about the cxl fee and how they deduct from your account, if not..you shouldnt really sign up for anything without knowing in my opinion. Overall, I love my gym, my only drawback... just wish they had a juicebar like some other gyms that make fresh protein shakes/smoothies, but they do have a fridge area to buy water and ready made brand protein shakes and preworkout. Hoping that helps for those looking into a gym. :)

AUTO PAY BILLING SCAMS. "misrepresented contract for training in sales pitch. once you read your contract and find you cant cancel at any time, there is 30 day, and 6 session (not90day) terms etc. You are at the mercy of 3rd party billing company, no corporate phone numbers, or contacts to billing parties. No one gives correct information through they are courteous. No one returns phone calls or emails. Now with being locked into training contract I cant cancel my membership so there is another $40.

The price is good. The equipment is good. One problem. There isnt enough equipment. The one squat rack is the main issue for me since I like to do a lot of free weight stuff. If its crowded, the squat rack probably has a line of people waiting for the next person to get off of it, it gets in the way of the workout, same goes for the power rack. But for the price, I guess thats the only downside.

This place has fraudulent business practices. I attempted to cancel my account in person and in writing but they continue to bill me. I then disputed the charge with the credit card and thought that would be the end of it. Nope. Now six months later I receive a bill for $159 for membership fees accrued after I cancelled my membership. I called to dispute this and was basically told too bad.

Ive been going here for 2 years. the facility is always clean! The staff are friendly and the patrons respectful. I just recently started with a trainer, I am pleased by how personal the workout routines are and the trainer is super informative and helpful! I was thoroughly impressed with the management at this gym!

This place is awesome but they close wayy to early on the weekends and fridays. They need to understand that some people get off work at that time and have no other place to workout on the weekends. Thinking about canceling because of this issue!

POS company... how does a company buy out a contract from another gym with no notification charge you 2 months later and tell you that you need to give a 60 day notice when you have never stepped foot in the Fn place... oh wait YouFit
