I dont know about the guy that was "treated rudely," but my experience as a member has been great. Ive held various gym memberships over the last 30 years and Dunedin Family Fitness is hands down my favorite place ever to work out. Never a wait for equipment and the staff is experienced and knows their smoke. This place is really "family" as theres support from all directions- from staff and other members. Everyone is down to earth and Ive made a ton of "gym friends" in less than a year.

Fantastic gym! I travel the country full time and rarely find a place as well rounded as this. Customer service is wonderful, never a wait for equipment, wifi, decent hours and child care. All at a great price. The staff maintains a comfortable environment for people at all levels of fitness. The big fitness chains should take some notes. Id choose this over an LA fitness, crunch, snap, golds, etc., all day. Ill be sad to leave actually.

Horrible gym and even worse employees. They had an expired debit card on file for my account. When they called to get an updated one, I canceled my membership. 3 months later they found a way to charge my checking account. When I called, they argued with me that they had a credit card, not a debit card even though I was looking at my bank statement. DISHONEST!!!!!! Dont trust these people.

Been a member since 2006. Great atmosphere with great members. Really feels like you know everyone. New owner this year has made some upgrades and keeps it very clean. There are lots of classes and plenty of machines so that there is almost never a wait for cardio. Bonus - a great Run group on Wednesday nights was added this summer.

Been going here regularly for about a year and I think this place is fantastic. The childcare is excellent, staffed by some very nice people and with lots for the kids to do. Ive been to several gyms that sometimes just dont have the equipment youre looking for, and Im always happy to come back to this gym with everything I need!

I love this place. Been a member since 2000, and the new owner that took over in April 2014 has made this place better than before. Place is clean, new equipment rolls in periodically, and the staff is friendly! Plus its right on Dunedin Causeway and the Pinellas Trail, perfect for post workout bike ride or run.
