Clean and well maintained. Large outdoor grassy/picnic/stroll area near the reservoir and few large (soccer?) fields. Was surprised by the number of trees for some reason....i guess I just expected naked grass fields. Its nice theyre there though - they provide much needed shade and make the area look that much more inviting and picturesque.

Great community center. Workout facilities, gymnasium, meeting rooms, outdoor theater, playground- all adjacent to Highlander Park, Fine Art Center, and Hammock Park. Full calendar of classes and activities available. Dunedin rec pass required for some activities. Free parking and WiFi!

What a great facility. The gym is compact, but the other options are great. Reasonably priced.
