I went to this place after reading some good reviews about their performance. Now I have real doubts about the authenticity of those reviews.This is the worst place to have your car worked on - and that was an understatement! Most of their technicians are incompetent. It took 4 technicians to figure out where to find the oil filter in my car. They practiced on my import car like they were just learning something new in school. I ended up having to bring my car to the dealership to fix what they messed up under the chassis. My car was perfectly fine when I took it to this shop. After I left this Tires Plus in Clermont, my car was making this loud screeching noise. I did not take it back because I was afraid they would mess my car even worse. The dealership advised me that they replaced 3 undercarriage parts in my car and it was sticking out and hitting the pavement. Wow! The dealership advised me that it could have broken apart while driving and could cause a lot of $$$ to repair and replace if I kept driving it. This Clermont Tires Plus must be avoided at all cost if you do not want your car to become an experiment for incompetent car technicians!

Came here because i rotated my tires and the tires needed to be rebalanced. They told me it was an hour and a half wait. They told me my tires were uneven and they proceded to rebalance them even tho they couldnt be rebalanced. The tires just had to be unrotated back to the position they were originally that would of solved the issue for the mean time. Until I replaced the tires. So started to drive hone and the shaking of my car was worse i took it back for then to reverse it so i could atleast drive my car. They started and came out and told me oops we snapped a stud so now i need to go back again and drop my car off again for a few more hours. To waste time i would not go with this place for any work..... their terribke their the professionals and they should of told me not to bother with the rebalancing they knew and proceded anyways such a waste of time and then damaged my vehicle . Stay away from guys...

When I need an oil change I do not expect a nice waiting room with toys, but that is exactly what I found at Tires Plus. Tires Plus had a good price on the oil change, easy visibility of the mechanics area, and a friendly front desk. Since I was there with my two young children in tow it was a surprise to see all this, and a plastic tire filled with childrens toys. The mechanics did a quick and professional job, and I was quite pleased. I would recommend them.

My service there was wonderful! I got a flat tire on the highway on a Sunday and as I pulled into Tire Plus they had already been closed for 15 minutes and the men were cleaning for the day. They saw my car needed a new tire so they opened the doors to switch out the tire for me. I dont know what I would have done if they didnt open the garage because within minutes my spare tire blew. I am beyond appreciated for all their help! Thank you!

Brought my tire in for a patch on my 2015 mustang GT with the 20" rims from the factory. There machine damaged my tire however they replaced if with a tire to get me by until tomorrow when the same tire comes in to match the other 3. Great customer service! Any other tire shop wouldve knocked a hole in the side wall and told me the tire needed to be replaced. That is honesty for you. Thank you tired plus of clermont!

45 min alignment took an 1 hour and 45 mins Missed picking my kids up from school at 230 with a online 1 oclock appointment. No discounts for on online schedule services BTW. At the 1 hour and 20 min mark I went to pick up my van as they were just driving it into the bay for the alignment. LOL with in 20 mins the van was done and still pulls to the right NOTICEABLY AS SHE SWITCHS LANES...go figure

Came in for a simple plug on a run flat tire after getting a nail lodge in the tread. These guys were great and their quality of work was superb. I highly recommend this place! Edit: So I recently went back again to have four new tires put on my car and once again, these guys were fantastic! I highly recommend this store!!! Thanks Guys!!

Very helpful mechanics, and they always have been very quick to look at my truck and very fast fixing. Iv had alot of problems with this truck so i got the tiresplus credit card aslong as you pay it off in 6 months its intrest free. So that has helped alot. Thanks tires plus

The guys are pretty cool here. They got me in and mounted my tyres before the end of the day. Quality job and decent attitudes. Prices are a bit high, but Ill definitely keep it in my consideration for future work on my vehicle.
