Super experience with these guys. Truck broke down while traveling through the area on my way home to Kentucky. Found them with a Google search and they were amazing! Got there at 3:30 Friday afternoon of a Holiday weekend, they close at 6 pm and dont reopen until Tuesday. They diagnosed the problem and worked until 8 pm to get it fixed. Paid a very fair price for repairs and parts and drove off but 1/2 mile down the road the problem came back. Took it back and long story short they took me to a motel for the night, came in the next a.m. when they should have been closed, found the rest of the problem and took the morning to get additional parts and fix it. Came and picked me up at the motel, didnt charge me labor for the Sat. work and I drove home as happy as Ive ever been with an emergency repair. A REAL breath of fresh air in this day and age. Honest, fairly priced, and seriously above and beyond the call of duty service. Thank goodness for guys like this.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Have had small things done here for a few years, and then had a huge car problem. Their quality used parts come straight out of a junk yard, almost impossible to get a receipt from them throughout the process, over a 3 week period of time > never called to update on progress. Was finally told part was in, called 4 days later and found out it was the wrong part for the second time, and when I started crying > was laughed at and when my boyfriend came to check on me when he heard me crying, he was assaulted by the owner and 8 or 9 service guys came outside to threaten him infront of our screaming 6 year old daughter. They kept $200 of $840 i paid upfront, and emptied a full tank of gas out of the car. Cops called them Scum Bags, and one of their mechanics has been arrested for multiple offenses. If you value the women in your life, you will never send them to this place.

Genuinely nice and honest people! I was experiencing car trouble and stopped in one afternoon for the staff at Cross Lanes Auto repair to take a look. Apparently, my clutch just needed bled. The owner personally performed the maintenance, which only totaled about 15 minutes. Instead of making up some fabricated charged, he explained to me the problem and didnt charge me a cent for his service. I highly recommend!

I stopped in to Cross Lanes Auto Repair for an appointment this morning. I cant say enough good about these guys. They are professional, friendly, and best of all quick. Dont waste your time with overpriced franchises, when you have local options. Shop local and support your WV owned businesses. Vehicle was taken there for repair, and repair was not properly done. Due to parts not properly placed on it damaged other parts of the vehicle. I took it to another shop and was shown the damage , it cost over 500.00 and left me without a vehicle for over a week. Do not take your vehicle there, this error could have caused me to wreck my car and be injured .

Great place to take you vehicle. Always friendly and cares about you. Very competitive prices. Took my vehicle to one of the other places close by and was told it was going to cost a whole lot more and that theyre many things wrong with my car. Took it here and the guys showed me my problems and didnt cost to much at all. Would definitely recommend them.

Good honest people. I took my car to Roger Tolleys shop and was told that it needed a whole bunch of stuff. Decided to get a second opinion and Im so glad I did. Turns out they were just trying to get money out of me. Staff was very honest and Ill be for sure going back. They even gave me a ride home at no charge.

Crooks. They are running a sham here. If you bring your vehicle in for an inspection here, they will fail it unless you spend a bunch of $$ repairing it. Theyll find things that arent even wrong, and scare you into fixing them. Take it somewhere else.
