If you love waiting around in the auto center lobby while a bunch of clueless half-mechanics stand around talking to each other when theyre supposed to be working on your car, then youll love the Barboursville Firestone Complete Auto Care. I went there for state inspection and waited 1.5 hours. While I waited there were two guys working, and five guys standing around talking. Nobody seemed to be in any kind of hurry to work, and when the inspection was complete they tried to up-sell me on a bunch of phony maintenance I KNOW was not needed (air filter I had just recently changed, wiper blades that are perfectly fine, etc.) Save yourself a lot of hassle and find some professionals who know what theyre doing, and arent going to lie to you about work that doesnt actually need to be done.

Went to get an inspection that takes two minutes and they said they were closing in 1 minutes so turned me down. That terrible customer service. Wont buy tires here ever
