This place sucks it took them 9 hrs to change my tire and he didnt even call me to tell me it was ready I called them to see if it was done they say yes Im like why didnt yall call me thats when I thought something weird was going on when I got there my car was nowhere to be seen I ask the guy weres my car he said so Nd so has it let me go get it 15 minutes later somebody pulls up in my car I get my bill they charge me nonsense stuff but Im like just let me get out of here and when I get in the cAr theres a spare tire in the back seat because they were to lazy to put it on the rim I asked them about this and they said they couldnt find the rim which is funny because they deal with tires on top of that I ask them can they put the spare tire on the rim they said it would take 3 hrs Im thinking Im not going to do that because there is no telling what they would do to my car and on top of that my radio stationed was changed to country music and I had a lot more miles added to my car which is criminal I cant believe they were just cruising around in my car do not go here this place is horrible

I have used this place for inspections and oil changes on several occasions. To be sure, they have always been quite busy, but the staff has always been very polite an helpful. Their prices are very fair, and much less than some of the other places I have had my oil changed. Additionally, they dont try to pull one over on you and sell you stuff you dont need. On my most recent inspection I thought that I might need new tires and new brakes. I even told them as much. When I went to pick up the car, they told me that my brakes were fine, went over the measurements with me, and told me that I may need them in the next 5 to 10 thousand miles. Same issue with my tires, saying they passed inspection but that it would be a good idea to think about replacing them before too long. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced and they will not honor warranties on their products. I had a tire less than a year with 5,000 miles on it that failed due to a sidewall defect. Took it in and the mechanic wouldnt answer my questions and without even considering the way the hole appeared in the tire or giving me a valid explanation as to how the hole formed concluded that it was due to me hitting a pothole. The mechanic made several claims then contradicted himself to which he blamed the misunderstandings on me. I then took the tire to another Firestone and within 3 minutes they examined the hole and honored the warranty due to the manufactures defect. In short, dont waste your time here.

We had a flat during a snowstorm on I-77 coming up from North Carolina in March, and were stranded overnight at a travel plaza on the tolls. When we made it to Charleston the next morning, we had to find a place to get a new tire and some repairs done. Enter Firestone, who seemed to be the only place opened due to the weather, and Joe, the stores GM. Great guy, great service, and was fair and honest, only selling us what we needed: a single tire and nothing else. I dont live in Charleston or even West Virginia, but if I did, this place would have my service.

I was lied to today by these clowns. I asked for a specific time to bring my car in for state inspection sticker since I didnt have a ride and was told if I came in at 3:30, Id not have to wait more than 1 hour. When I arrived at 3:30, I was told it would be 6pm before Id have my car back. Despite scheduling me at 3:30 when I called at 9am, they took other people back before me who had not called as early in the day. These people do not keep their word and have no concept of fairness. Martys Tire is a much better choice.

Place is very hard getting in and out of. Hardly any parking and you get a ticket from the city of you are a little on the sidewalk which is hard not to when you have no parking. That being said it was still our usual spot to have our corporate account. However we were promised the work will be done by 4. It is 4:29pm and they just got the car in the garage. I had an appointment at 8:30..... Will not be coming back and will be changing our personal and corporate accounts to another provider.

Some of these guys will lie to you, They charge more to put on brakes, rotors and tires. They will do work with out asking first then try to charge you. The tried to charge me $700 for breaks, went to Kens auto and they did it for me about half the cost. Firestone tried to fail my Inspection , over 1 tire, which i know was BS. If that one tire was bad should all three also be bad. They were just trying to get me to buy tires to i could get my inspection sticker.

We were visiting relatives in Charleston and our brakes started giving us trouble. I showed up at the Firestone at 5:35 on a Friday night. They were sympathetic, and assessed the car immediately. They then had all the repairs completed by 1 the following day, and there was a lot to be done. The pricing was fair, and it was excellent customer service! I would recommend our family and friends in the Charleston area to use them!

The tire was quickly ordered and replaced, service was horrible wait is forever, I ask them to change tire after nasty pothole they dont check wheel aligament or pin.... Needless to say had it not been for my roadside protection on my tire and my prorated replacwment I wouldve taken my business elsewhere which I did for my brake service and my wheel alignment

Excellent service. Went close to closing on one visit to verify my order and the customer service was great. I made an appointment for the following weekend. When I came to the appointment everyone was very courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and (so far) the work is of great quality. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Brought the car in for an oil change at 340p. They had not touched the car at 450p. The oil change was finally complete at 540p. 2 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. They did not say anything to me about it the entire time while I waited. They did give me a $20 discount for the wait but it did ruin plans for my day.

Kurtis Gelwicks

These guys were all fantastic when I was stranded 200 miles from home. When they had to tell me that my engine was dead, they treated me like I had lost my entire family, didnt charge me for half of the work they did, and even watched my suitcase for me, as I took the somber walk to Enterprise. Great crew!
