I had a bad radiator fan in a 1991 Jeep Cherokee and they replaced it within a day, even with me not making an appointment. Unfortunately, when I left and got into Boone traffic I was still overheating, so I made an appointment for them to see me the following morning. It was only a blown fuse and took around 5 minutes to fix. Am I happy that they did not catch the blown fuse the first time around? No. However they are only human and did not charge me for the fuse. In addition the people there are genuinely friendly, and their labor rates are more then fair. I will be a repeat customer, I just wish they did state inspections.

Im vacationing in the area and had an issue with my brakes so i went to Boone Tire Center. Due to my schedule I wasnt able to make an appointment for later in the day. Even though they new I would never be a customer because I live 800 miles away these guys took the time to test drive my car and check out my brakes to make sure they were safe for me to continue on my trip. Thanks to Drew and his brother for helping me out today. Even though they didnt do any work on my car you can tell a business that is professional and cares about its customers.

Terrible. Long story short: Had my truck towed there by AAA for a timing cover gasket. Got it back with a loud metallic scraping/grinding noise coming from the front of the engine. Was dismissed multiple times when I took it back to have them check it, and constantly lied to ("Its the alternator, its the fuel pump, I cant hear the noise at all! Its normal valve noise, new parts come broken!" were all excuses I was offered). In the end, they opted to kick me off of their property instead of checking their work. Frauds of the highest level.

Excellent knowledgeable people who work here. The have fair prices and know what tires work in our area. Go out of their way to help you. I have had flats fixed here promptly, and purchased tires I have always been happy with. Judy will recommend tires in the price range you give her. She knows so much about vehicles and tires, truly an amazing woman. Well respected by her employees and her suppliers. Alignments done accurately and they will let you know if there is something else to be done on your vehicle to keep you safe!!

Caring and professional business! I had an urgent need come up and they were able to take care of it immediately, and for an EXTREMELY reasonable price! While I was there waiting for my work to be done, a few people came in with other needs. If Boone Tire couldnt help, they made as many phone calls as it took to find someone who could. My work was explained to me before and after it was done. Boone Tire employees were very courteous and knowledgable in their work! I would highly recommend!

AAA towed my car here after the timing belt snapped. These guys found out the problem and let me keep my car on the lot until I found a shop that could fix it. Once I was ready to have it moved, I called a few minutes after 5pm and even though the person working was headed out the door, they still answered the phone and waited to answer AAAs confirmation call. They didnt charge me a dime and Im really thankful they took care of me while I could sort everything out!

We all know awd cars need the same size tires to operate properly. These idiots sold me and my friends a completely different size tire and told her it was the right size. It caused permeant damage to her transmission and they refused to even correct their mistake... I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this business

By far, the worse experience of my life. Let’s just say this place lacks professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. I stopped at every tire dealer in Boone for pricing on a specific set of custom wheels, tires and shocks for my vehicle, along with needing a full 4 wheel alignment. Boone Tire beat them all for out the door pricing. The work was done promptly and professionally as well.

My appointment was @ 3:00 and they took me right bon tine plus gave a loaner vehicle so I could take my son for his allergy shot. Will go back for other work. Friendly people, great atmosphere. Nice rocking chairs during the wait!!!
