Charles Bruce

I can not and would not recommend this business. Bruce told me up front that he was trained on early model Chevrolet transmissions (TH-350 and TH-400). Evidently late model 4L80-E transmissions are too complicated for him. After paying him $2,300 in cash for a total rebuild, our vehicle had to be towed to a local dealership. He told us that the ECM was bad and he had ordered one. A few weeks later we were informed that didnt fix the problem and our vehicle was towed to the dealership for a second time. This time he told us that the ECM wiring harness was going to be replaced. Well, after paying the dealership another $630 we discover that they only replaced internal components within the transmission that should have been included in a total rebuild. The original ECM and ECM harness remain in the vehicle (yeah, we were lied to)! He had the Van for a total of two months........

Robert W., Mike K., and myself have had an almost identical experiences, I wish I could do zero stars! Bought a truck that was under transmission warranty here and they continually lied to us about the initial rebuild (completed before we purchased the vehicle). Mazon Automotive wont do business with them anymore because of this, since the truck was serviced with them as the intermediary. Three trips and weeks later we gave up and took it to Deweys Transmission off Aurora in Melbourne who I give 5 stars to for communication and reputation unlike this embarrassment. Never did the rebuild, lied about replacing valve body sleeve, used no-name cheap torque converter to replace the "broken" one... Have yet to see resolution for many things from Bruce. Will NEVER recommend to anyone EVER. We are gathering paperwork for court as well.

I can not recommend Bruce to enough people. Great mechanic great customer service skills. He put a transmission has done brakes to even doing my air conditioner in my suburban. All work was completed in a more than reasonable time it shocked me all the work was reasonably priced never tried to over price anything and last of all but best part I have had no problems all work was completed n done correctly. If u want an honest mechanic n your vehicle running go see Bruce great guy... P.s. he has a great team of mechanics I Need to give them some credit 2.

i WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. The worst business I have ever dealt with. Sold me a bad transmission as rebuilt (it wasnt) Next they removed it andrepaired it and caused more issues (improper starter install chewed up the flywheel and starter, cut the brand new exhaust and put a crap patch on it, it leaked out a quart of fluid the first night) and would not stand behind his work. I asked for a refund and was lied to continually. Now I guess we are headed to court. Sound like someone YOU want to do business with?

I took my Ford F-250 to this shop when it was acting up I thought I needed a new transmission Bruce the shop owner checked it for me and found out that it was only a 450.00 fix,Im thankful for his honest approach I thought for sure I was gonna need a 2000 $ transmission....Five stars all the way

I needed a new fuel pump for my GMC pickup, they had to drop the fuel tank in order to install it. All was done with no problems and all of the fuel was returned to the tank. I have also had tuneups done with no problems.

Paid to have a transmission rebuilt. Was lied to. Old broken parts were put inside the transmission with no new parts. Refunded half my money and makes excuses for the rest.
