Nice people but un reliable typical lazy Florida workers. I was told I needed to finish up some work that I was doing and could bring the car in the following Wednesday. I BUSTED MY BUTT getting this work done so I could bring the car in. I called them to make sure I could bring it and was told they would have to call me because the rack was taken. SO MUCH FOR SCHEDULING!!! NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT I HAVE A MAJOR DEADLINE TO WORRY ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
