I went in to check my last oil change mileage, due to the sticker in window faded out and couldnt read it! Ed, asked me to have a seat. there were 2 people ahead of me... Well 1 walked out due to the wait (no cars were in the bay area) and the other customer finished consulting with them about his vehicle maintenance. So there I sat waiting patiently for 20 mins.. way too long for a 2 min question! I finally went and stood by the register again for him to acknowledge me , while another customer had come in that had an appt. in which the mechanic took his car right in and the service rep. was still on the computer, complaining out loud about the last customer not following his maintenance agreement, like he "tells customer all the time" So he ask the older man, if it was alright if he answered my question, I guess before he wrote him up... This was totally unprofessional as well as time consuming while you have another customer waiting! They just lost a customer, not entirely for the wait, but Ed didnt seem to be efficient enough to move swiftly thru the service process of anything...

What a great place to get your car worked on! I had a basic oil change and alignment done and was very satisfied with my visit. Ben was great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I WILL be back and I recommend this place to everyone! I felt as if I was not out to be scammed, I was respected, and the turnout of the services done was so quick! Way to go Titusville Sears!

First visit excellent, today two weeks later a list of 10 things for repair that wasnt there two weeks ago. Had belt changed for maintaince , told pull-up bad. It was like going in with a different car. Then checked when I got home to find a chip on the stationary pulley, and my service person went to lunch in the middle of my waiting. A

Came here to get a tire changed, and they are absolutely SLOW. The guy at the register types like a chicken, and is trying to hold conversations with other people, meanwhile there is an entire line of people in front of him. Not enough people working in the shop.

Dont ever go here, arrived at 8:00 AM, the employee that obviously hates his life refused to let my wife use the rest room, told me and I quote "there is a rest room in the main Sears store, they open at 10:00 AM.....then he went to the back and took and went # 2

They did an excellent job on putting two new tires on the van. We comparision shopped and their prices were the best in town. They took the van right in but the wait to pay was way too long. I think they need to hire more people during Christmas.

horrible service! Also cant help but to notice that all of the recent reviews are one or two stars. Looks to me that a change in management is needed. Four times I have gone for service and they were rude.
