Im actually sitting in smart style right now. I am getting aggravated as I sit here. I came in at 6 pm and the stylist was working on the ONE person in here. She looks at me and says its gonna be 45 mins. I said thats fine, Ill go shop for abit and then come back. I come back about 35-40 mins later and she is siting in the chair next to the customer chatting it up. My daughter and I sit and talk for ten mins then the stylist comes over and says anyway you can come back tomorrow? Its gonna be 45 mins for me t dye her hair. Um, no. I will wait. My daughter has tried to get her hair cut all week by this place and keeps getting turned away for pure laziness:(. This place is bullshit.
