I was really disappointed today. My mommys day out/day off has been me pampering myself to getting my hair colored and cut at Ulta in Hammock Landing until today (btw: their services cost a pretty penny-AND-I am a habitual 20% tipper). In January 2016 Wendy did my hair for the first time. It was fine. I left and rescheduled with her. My next appointment wasnt until the end of March. I forgot to call and cancel because I was in Cape Coral where my stepfather was fighting for his life in the ICU. Wendy called and chewed me out making sure that I knew just how precious her time was. My stepdad died two days later. I never explained. I just apologized to her and let it go. Our next appointment she had to push off a few weeks because of an injury. No problem. I just went along. NOT TODAY! I had an appointment at 11am. She called the day before the push it to 11:30. Still ok. I showed up at 11:30 and the girl at the register said she would tell Wendy I was there. She was still with someone. By 11:45 I had to leave because I had other obligations. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, I overheard Wendy say that "she would get to me when she got to me." -whatever that means translated into the language of common courtesy. No one offered me even a glass of water or an apology. I told the manager I wouldnt be back. I spent part of my gift card on a product. On my way out the manager told me that I could fill out a survey online and threw a couple of free samples in my bag. WOW. Just kick my butt out the door and slam it on me while you are at it, Ladies! If I am going to spend spa prices, I am going to be spa pampered. Ultas salon is no longer my go to. Go to a real spa!!!!

I brought my daughter here for a haircut. Because we were a walk-in the only stylist available was a master/senior stylist. She informed me that her prices were higher ($36) due to her level of expertise. I do not mind paying for good quality, if that is what I am to receive. She was very nice, and I asked her to give my daughter a very specific haircut. I was very specific with instructions and asked for an asymmetrical bob, and that I wanted the back stacked. Instead, she gave my daughter an overly layered, choppy bob. It was not even remotely close to what I asked for. I specifically asked for the front to remain long, however the layers are so random that I cannot even braid the front pieces. I will never return here or recommend them to anyone. Too many stylists take on clients with specific requests and they either dont know how to do the cut or they just prefer to do what they think is best. Additionally, at the register to pay for the cut, three women stood at the counter chatting without acknowledging that I was standing there for nearly a minute. When you are waiting to check out, with no one else waiting in line, a minute is a ridiculous time to wait without being acknowledged. I often come here to buy my makeup and such, but after this experience it is doubtful that I would ever give Ulta another dime. They may not care about losing a customer here and there, but bad service will eventually do them in. It was no surprise there was hardly anyone in the store.

The service is awful. The sales staff have no idea what items are on sale, they have no training in makeup and cant answer basic questions about products and skin types. They just point in the direction of an item if you ask, they dont walk you to the aisle to help you. They all look like theres somewhere else they would rather be. I wont be going there anymore, Ill stick with sephora and Walgreens for my makeup and shampoo products.

Great selection for the most part, the only thing is when they have sales they do tend to run out of things which is frustrating. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. I feel some of their bath and body items are a bit over priced when I an go elsewhere and get comparable products for less. Mainly I go for their name brand makeup.

Definitely a huge let down at this location. Not one associate asked if I needed assistance with anything. The store had a lot of missing testers, and was pretty trashed overall. I love ulta and I hate that this particular location is really giving the store a bad name. Hopefully they will get everything turned around soon.

Service wasnt there. Selection is great, but the girls in the store completely ignored my wife while she was looking for product. They were chatting about personal problems, instead of helping the customers in the store. Brought our business elsewhere

The staff is friendly, they have a lot of products and it seems organized. I dont give them a 5-star rating just because they didnt have for two weeks straight up row that I was looking for. And the website need an update ASAP

One person on the registers on a Sunday afternoon? Takes 5 minutes to find what you need and 20 to get out the door. But you have about 4 people doing make up and stuff maybe get someone else on the register.
