I have been to Verve a few times and have received good service. The staff is extremely friendly, high quality salon products are used, and the conditioning treatment is great. I am pretty pleased with the actual styling, but not blown away. What does blow me away is their prices!! $75 for a relaxer in this salon is unreasonable. $45 for a roller set & wrap?!?! $30 for a basic pedicure when they dont even have the proper equipment (ie. spa chairs. They use the foot bath you can get @ Wal-mart)!! In an attempt to be high-end, they set their prices entirely too high. I liked them...but will not return until they lower their prices to market rates.

I cannot say enough about this salon, the sense of relaxation is felt immediately. The ENTIRE staff is wonderful. You feel like you are the only person that they are attending too!!! The quiet serene atmosphere the aroma therapy, the earth tones and yes...THE BEST STYLIST IN CHARLOTTE....I look GREAT, the compliments and the looks I get as I walk down the street...I will never go anywhere else

11/18/2015 - First time as a Verve Customer. I had a Classic Pedicure and LOVED every second of my experience!!! I LOVE the class, elegance and peacefulness on the salon. I LOVE the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I LOVE the superior craftmanship in the service I received! I will DEFINITELY return for more services!!!! This place is a rare find!!!!

Great bikini wax- professional and relatively painless and quick. Awful, awful pedicure. Had to stop on my way home at a nail spa to have them repainted. I had paint on my nail beds and toes:( On a good note, staff was very friendly, just dont get your nails done!

Warm and earthy decor. Great deal with living social promotion. Salon is down stairs and spa is upstairs. Nice gem tucked away on side street in SouthEnd!
