The day before my wedding, my bridesmaids and I went to All About Me for manis, pedis and for fake eyelashes (that we were told would last 3 days - they lasted a couple of hours despite over-precautions). On the day of the wedding, several staff from All About Me came to do our hair and makeup off-site. - They were LATE to arrive. They should have been early to set up but instead we had to push back appointment times. No excuses. - The 2 girls that had their makeup done by their stylist washed it off because they hated it so much. - The 2 girls that had their hair curled, had flat hair within a couple hours. I chalk this up to lack of experience or laziness. Just add more hair spray! Overall, I was NOT happy with the prices, NOT happy with the level of service, NOT happy with the response time to my calls/emails, NOT happy with the quality. The only thing they WERE good at was roping us into a contract that we could not get out of. I wish someone would have warned me ahead of time. This was the one aspect/company/vendor that I had a bad experience with during the entire wedding. Do yourself a favor and go to The Sanctuary or Faces or The Westin (if it is in your budget).

I was very diappointed in how this salon handled a mistake that was made by them. I was referred to this salon for hair and makeup for my wedding day with my bridal party. I contacted the salon and a contract was written up and sent to me with the total price. I had to make multiple attempts to get someone to call me back because I had a few questions and wanted to add one servie ( I was told numerous time they were on vacation. And this was different days of different weeks.) I finally recieved a phone call back and was ready to book several appointments. After everything was booked, so I thought, a few minutes later I was called back to be told that the contract price was added up wrong on their part and that I had a new total price. They would not honor the contract price that was written by them. The price difference was so much, several hundred dollars, that I cancelled everything! I did not want to cheat this salon out of any amount of money but when I am written a contract price, I expect it to be honored. They lost a lot more money than a few hundred dollars that day. They were very unprofessional about a mistake that they made.

I just recently moved to HHI and was shopping for a new estheticss in the area. I have to admit, my facials are my guilty pleasure. Every woman needs a good facial at least once a month or every other month! After being disappointed with a few in the area, I found my saving grace! Although skeptical at first because of a bad review I had previously read, and meeting the girl that was less than 30 years old who was about to give me my facial, I went in with an open mind. I am so glad I did! I am a veteran when it comes to getting facials, I swear by them and Lindsay at All About Me salon was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and special. She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone!

Treated myself to a facial and massage while on vacation and it was awesome. Heidi did a great job on my facial. She took time to explain the products being used to calm my sensitive skin. The massage helped relax my tense neck/shoulder/back muscles. I loved the Jane Iredale make-up she used after the facial and also purchased some of the Dermalogica products. I cant wait to get started with them! The customer service was great and I felt the prices were the best compared to other spa services offered on HHI. The spa was very busy when I arrived but I never felt rushed by any of the staff. I enjoyed my time @ All about Me because I felt like it was truly " all about me"!

When I go on vacation, I love to get pampered!. I work at a salon/day spa in my hometown, so my expectations are very high of other establishments. All About Me surpassed them completely! I was so pleased with my day there. My best friend and I went in for facials, mani-pedis and for a little hair love.. Everyone that worked on us was professional, educated and very friendly. The entire staff made us feel right at home. We even sipped on mimosas while we got our mani-pedis together, and polished our spa day off with beautiful blowouts. The day was wonderful. Thank you All About Me!! That was definitely what we needed!!!

This spa is amazing! Deanne worked with us to plan the perfect morning for a group of about 12 girls. We had a few last minute changes and additions and the salon handled it wonderfully, even with a decent amount of other clients to tend to as well. We had manis/pedis, massages, facials, wraps, hair-styling, make up application, etc. I think we tried the entire menu! Everything was fantastic and All About Me was prompt and professional while also giving us a relaxing and enjoyable morning. This spa is not to be missed - if youre planning a group visit, ask for Deanne. She is perfect!

I was on vacation in Hilton Head a few months ago,and experienced the best facial I have ever had! Gabrielle has a gift of touch and energy that is rare. I left feeling like I was in heaven. I have traveled to many spas abroad and locally, but none have given me the great service I got from Gabrielle and the rest of the staff at All About Me. If you get the opportunity to visit Hilton Head, I would recommend making a stop there at the top of your list. The Spa was quaint, relaxing and felt like I was coming home the minute I stepped foot inside. I will definitely be back! Thanks

I am picky when it comes to getting a facial and I have had very few in my life that I have been able to brag about but I had a facial from Lindsay at All About Me spa and it was AWESOME! She was very professional and great! The decor of the spa was great and it was nice to receive good quality facial from someone who knew what they were doing. When she was done with facial, she even gave me a complimentary makeup application! If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Lindsay for a facial, makeup application or a waxing!

I do not recommend this salon. I was over charged and have yet to be reimbursed 2 months later. The managers refused to talk to me on the phone and the girls at the desk said they would put the money back on the card, and guess what! They never did. The runaround shows what poor customer service, they should be embarassed. Perhaps because I live out of state they feel this is not an issue... I would not recommend any of my friends to this salon.

While spending 5 weeks On Hilton Head Island, I looked for a "special" salon and spa for a hair cut, color, facial, and manicure-pedicure. I found it at "All About Me". It truly is all about you the moment you walk in the door of the salon. Gabi (facial), Rachel, (nails) and Greg (hair) provided OUTSTANDING services. Everyone was so welcoming and the shop is awesome! Would highly recommend it!
