I have never had a bad experience here, until today. I recognize that it was a Saturday and was prepared to wait. I signed it at 4:00 and was greeted as usual. I went and picked my polish and saw they were not too terribly busy and my wait would not be awful. At 4:25 I heard someone answer the phone and said 4 yes, we can do you come now. He then came over to me and another set of people waiting and said it is going to be a very long time as he has 4 people coming for pedicures. I said, they just called and he shrugged his shoulders. We all left and I have to be honest, I may NEVER go back to them based on this. This is horrible customer service and not even offered any sort of discount etc. for the next time. You really effed up.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I was very disappointed. I feel if you see a new face that you should give excellent service so that you can potentially have a repeat customer. They charge more than the salon I usually go to and I felt their services were mediocre. They rushed through my pedicure and my full set. The polish looks clumpy cakey and uneven. And when I got my eyebrows waxed she literally just waxed them and told me she was done. She didnt clean any of the loose hairs that she missed. She didnt even comb my brows out before she waxed them. I didnt have time to ask them to fix my nails because I had an appointment. But I wont be coming back and I definitely wont be recommending this nail salon.

Went here with my mom and 2 nieces, and they had a good experience with their pedicures, Lilly was one of the women that did theirs. However, I did not have a good experience at all!. The woman, Mina (spelling) she did my pedicure and did an absolutely horrible job and was rude as hell. The paint job on my toes was so bad looking I took it off when I got home. My foot and leg massage was only a shin rub and then she threw the hot towel on my legs and walked away and sat at a nail station nowhere close to me and looked at her phone or something. Will never go back! Dont waste your time and money! Go pay $70 or so at a real spa salon and get your monies worth.

They are rude! A couple times Ive walked in and no one says hello and welcomes me. The guy that sits by the door on the left side when u walk in, looks at u crazy. He never speaks and is not polite at all! They over charged me a couple times and yesterday was the last time. Ill never go back there again!! I get so annoyed bc I am never satisfied with the service in Titusville and thats why I drive an hour to where I get my nails done in Orlando where Im treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect! Ur workers need to learn these three traits!! Cant stand being treated like Im nobody when Im spending money at ur establishment! Pissed me off!

This is by far my favorite place for gel manicures and a pedicure. Place is clean, and I never have any issues making an appointment. The foot tubs are cleaned after every use and a new liner put in. They do a great job and have no problems doing more or different if you request. The older gentleman who does pedicures is very quick and does not pay very close attention to details. His scrubs and massages could use some strength behind them. However, everyone else in the salon does a great job. The chair massage is also a bonus.. it has a lot of variety and good amount of pressure.

Where are the negative reviews coming from? Ive been going to ML&T Nails since they were L&T Nails in the old Publix Shopping center on Know McRae. I have only received extremely professional and friendly service. Their focus on cleanliness is very apparent. I cant remember ANY time when someone came into the shop that they did not greet a client as soon as they entered the door with a warm "Hello, May we help you?" I have recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

The guy there is pretty rude. I called there to find out if someone could wax my eyebrows and he said something but I didnt hear him so I asked him and he starts huffing and puffing on the phone with me. Couldnt believe it. Another time i came in and told him i was here to get a wax and he just nods and looks back down. Its a shame bc sometimes he seemed ok. He does a pretty good job on your nails too. You never know what mood he is going to be in. The young lady there Lauren is super friendly and nice.

My daughter & I love this place! Cleanest & best salon in Titusville by far. Everyone who works here is great, but Lauren is exceptional. The pedicures with the hot rocks are to die for & this is the only salon that can do the "coffin" shape my daughter loves. My daughters fills last at least 3 weeks & the manicures I get last longer than they have at any other shop. Prices are standard everywhere, the quality service they provide I would pay more for. They also offer a student discount! Cant be beat.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here. I was very upset by the manicure. The man who did it was very rough when pushing back my cuticles and the entire process felt rushed and was not relaxing. The lady who did my pedicure, however, was very friendly. She is the only reason I did not give a lower rating. Also, they charge you an additional $5 if you dont pay in cash..which would have been nice to know before, but it wasnt worth arguing over.

I just went and it was wonderful. Usually when I get my nails done the process hurts a bit at times, it didnt hurt at any point. The man who did my nails was so sweet and made sure I knew to be careful so I wont hurt my fingers while I have the nails. I got an acrylic full set for $30 which isnt bad considering the great service. I would most definitely recommend going here!!

Horrible experience every time. All they care about is the amount youre going to tip them. My mom didnt leave a big tip because we spent so much on a mani and pedi for both of us (over $100.00) and they purposely rushed my mani and made it look horrible. I will not go there again and I suggest you dont either. So rude, pushy, and money hungry.

The hardest thing is finding someone to trust with your eyebrows (My opinion) Im glad I finally found a place, its beautiful inside too and my eyebrows look perfect!! I was actually so distracted by how quick and painless the service was that I had to walk back in to get my phone lmao. Will be back thank you!! :)

Ive been coming here for awhile and I dont understand the bad comments that people are leaving. Ive always been treated so nice and they are always courteous to my needs. I highly recommend coming here!
