My hair will never be the same. Went in to buy shampoo and conditioner and was talked in to a haircut. I recently went platinum blonde and was told I should tone the gold out while the stylist washed my hair. I was fine with a little toner in the mix because I knew my hair was a little gold and wanted to be more ash platinum. When I came back from getting my hair washed and toned, my hair was dark grey! I immediately noticed and was told that it was only dark because it was wet and he proceeded to give me the worst haircut I have ever had! As be began to blow and style I just couldnt help to start crying. I was so horrified by what he had done to my hair! I came in to the store with blonde beach waves and the result was an ashy bob. The manager said I could not fix my hair at home myself and that she needed to "wash" the glaze out. She proceeded to strip my hair (Im told it was with bleach). And said she put a deep conditioning treatment on my hair and sent me on my way. When I got home my hair was a fried, tangly mess. It is completely fried and damaged from stripping the toner/glaze out. Im horrified still after several weeks. I will NEVER go back even if I was paid to.

Not sure what has happened to this location. New management? It has gone way downhill. I went in to get a new Tarte skinny smolder eyes eyeliner. The people working the floor didnt know what I was talking about and were not helpful at all. The selection of Tarte eyeliners was terrible. I then went to look at the rollerball perfumes. They were a complete mess. I used to love to shop here. I think I will just save a trip and shop online. I found the eyeliner I love on the Tarte website. Update: I decided to try this place again and popped in to buy my favorite shade of Bare Minerals lip gloss. They were out of stock on almost all of the colors. I am done with this store! Seriously poor management!

i received the worst customer service ever from this Ulta Beauty. Im from Atlanta, Ga and decided to visit this location while on vacation. I was expecting the same phenomenal service I get from the locations in Atlanta but I didnt; not once was I greeted by anyone when I came through the door, I walked around the store about 3 times (passing 3 associates that werent doing anything) looking for a particular brand and not once was I asked if I needed any help. I soon decided to just leave and the associates still failed to say a word to me. This location has an "ok" selection of products but clearly I didnt find the brand (NYX)I was looking for.

So why would an ugly mug guy like me care about the beauty shop, well I happen to have very beautiful fiancée and she happens like to go to this place called Ulta. These people dont stand behind their product (Ill show you a picture of their policy), but even when you receive something as a gift and they themselves acknowledge that there something wrong with the product (as Jade told her poor manager Vickie at Store#1012 in Viera FL; they had previous complaints about burning sensation from the Bare Minerals Kissing Booth lipstick) they wont exchange it. I do not recommend going to Ulta!

This is the worst ulta on the planet. I looked online to see if they had specific products in stock because they never have anything available. I get there and guess what, the internet lied and its not in stock. I ask an ulta employee (which is very rare at this store) and asked her to check for me since it said they had it online and she responds we never carry that. Well there is a sign on the shelf that says you do....... so frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Dont trust the online Stock of ulta. Call before you go.

This Ulta has everything that is expected of an Ulta. But I have to say Ive never been all that impressed with the service. Ive been in here many times and have only been helped once. And its not because Ive said I dont need it. When I was helped, the woman was great. I spent significantly more than I had planned because she was so helpful in picking products. But most of the time when I go in, I get a hello and thats it. Maybe Im just unlucky? Im not sure. All I know is the service leaves much to be desired.

Been in here 3 times in 1 month hoping to pick up concealer but they are still out of my shade! Awful inventory and terrible organization. I have never seen an Ulta so skimpy and bare. From what I understand the location of this store is new so I dont understand the issue and as a previous resident of Orlando, the selection is something I would expect from stores there but I never ran into this problem. This store needs to get it together.

they were having their buy two get one free on Ulta makeup brand but its false advertising because I was not able to get my 3rd item free -it had to be under $5 in my case to get it free and nothing was even under $5. I ended up waiting in a longgg line 3 times to fix the receipt and return my "free"$7.12 item - each time making me go to the back of the line.

I love this place, they have the greatest selection of beauty products that I have ever seen in a store. I have used the services of their beauty salon too and the prices are reasonable. I buy my make up, skin care and hair care products there. I get tons of coupons through out the year as a subscriber of their rewards system.

Awful customer service. The woman I asked to help me actually told that they are short handed on Saturday morning. I asked to see a manager and walked out because it was taking so long. I was going to spend lots as I was changing my makeup. Im done with this store.

Went to Ulta Salon for the first time today and was very impressed. Kyla cut and styled my hair just as I asked and even gave me tips on how to do it myself at home. I have found my new go-to salon!
