DO NOT ALLOW THIS SALON TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR! I made an appointment to have my roots colored and my highlights touched up two weeks in advance and was assured that my stylist Robert would do an excellent job. I arrived on time and everything was going well until the foils started to be removed and my hair was 50 shades darker than it was when I arrived. I had very FEW strains of highlighted color and lots and lots of DARK BROWN hair. Robert then cut my hair and dried it and styled it with a flat iron. As he was styling my hair I noticed a lot of smoke coming from the iron. I assumed this was due to the tremendous amount of product he had put into my hair so I was alarmed but not frightened. I was not satisfied with the end color but thought I could live with the much darker result, until I got home and discovered I had horizontal blonde lines going through my hair and that the ends of my hair had been burned. I immediately went back to the salon and confronted Robert about the horizontal blonde lines and he said "Oh I didnt notice those". Really you cut, dried and styled my hair but you didnt see the horizontal lines! And have you ever heard of using a low heat setting on the flat iron? A blind person could see how burnt my ends were. Ive never had such a thing happen before so I had no idea what I was in store for next. Robert then proceeded to put an entire bottle of toner on my hair and sat me in a chair while he cut another customers hair. I sat for 10-15 minutes then he washed out the toner and I had basically EVEN DARKER HAIR with blonde spots throughout my entire head. So Robert put another entire bottle of toner on my hair and had me sit for another 10-15 minutes. Again he washed out the toner and added something else to my hair as he washed it, Im still not sure of exactly what that was but as you can guess by now my hair is almost black. He dried my hair again and offered to put in more highlights later in the week. I was so upset that I just wanted out of the salon, mind you it is 5 hours later and Ive spend all day in this salon. I decided to go home and survey the mess that was now my hair. After crying I went back to the salon for a full refund and had the manager Carl (who watched everything from his chair) apologize and say "I know this isnt what you were looking for". I waited a week and went to another salon, they did what they could to put in some highlights without all of my hair falling out but the ends were so burnt from that flat iron I was forced to have another 2 inches cut from my already above shoulder length hair just to blend everything together. So in all I had my hair COMPLETELY RUINED at Ulta by Robert and it cost me $250 at another salon to have another stylist attempt to save as much of my hair as possible. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ULTA.

This store really has it together. The managers are efficient, the associates are thoughtful and knowledgeable, and the store looks incredible, after the remodel--and, even without, it seems like everyone knows how to keep it looking tidy, even in the face of chaos. I cant say enough good things about the experiences Ive had, in the past few months since moving close to this location, again. From the perspective of someone who has worked retail, AND from the perspective of a customer, this staff has the right rhythm, and Ill be filling every survey I can to keep their numbers up.

There is a women in here with blue hair who messed up my eyebrows and was constantly rude to me as she did them. She filled my eyebrows in with a dark brown after she was done with them even though I am a blonde. She told me that she liked bold brows so she did that to me with no consideration if I would like that or not. After I got my eyebrows done I picked up a foundation I always get and she proceeded to tell me that it was not my color. I will never go back here to get my eyebrows done ever again.

Overpriced and underwhelmed.. I paid $7 (with s $5 off coupon) for a product I later found around $5 in several other stores. Ive been back a few times but havent purchased anything because their products are too expensive. Some makeup and nail products look expired. No plans to return.

Absolutely terrible service. I paid for a product that was not put in my bag. I went back to the register to get it and it was gone. The cashier said she never saw it and gave me a hard time about getting a replacement.
