PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET BOBBIE AS YOUR HAIR STYLIST! I went lastnight to get my hair done at around 6 o clock and I didnt end up leaving untill 10! This hair salon is honestly garbage. And I hate to be so disrespectful, but Bobbie completely ruined my beautiful hair. I originally came in with Ombrè, meaning my roots were dark brown and my ends were blonde and I had like blonde highlights all throughout the ends. It was beautiful. All I wanted was the blonde out, I just wanted my whole head the color of my roots which was a dark ash brown with like a red tone to it. The lady worked so slow and continuously put dye in my hair and let it sit for three hours. And I didnt think anything of it and Im not a rude person I wasnt gonna say anything, but she kept applying and applying. And did absolutely nothing right. And didnt answer any of my questions or acknowledge them, she just ignored what I said Im guessing. Because she screwed it up. My mother I went with had already payed so there was nothing I could do. And afterwards I was suppose to meet my mom at Pizza Gallery and my hair was Black! The darkest black you had ever seen. Everyone told me it looked good but I was so embarrassed and still I am. I realize its hair but I loved my hair and now I hate it. Black is not what I asked for and isnt my color. I cried for hours and I refuse to go back and let her fix it. I tried to try a new stylist but Im never making that mistake again. Never go here. And if you do, dont let damn Bobbie lay a hand on your head of hair. Im now going to another stylist I trust, unlike her to fix this. Which is going go be another 200$ all thanks to her for screwing it up! Oh and not to mention, she cut all my layers off when I asked for A TRIM, I said an inch of just cut my dead ends off please and she completely shaped my whole hair differently, cut off so much hair, and now its to my shoulders when it was to my lower back. Im pissed. And she also added highlights to the price so it came out to 112$ when she never did such thing as highlights, she dyed it black and did multiple dye layers. Im beyond livid. And I hate this place. My hair will never go back to being beautiful.

I went here and waited and waited and waited, even though I had an appointment. Then finally someone called me up and said they had accidently booked someone at the same time as me because she was a walk in but had the same fist name as me. Sounds like an excuse. But I was ok with that...then I THOUGHT they would call me right back...nope! I waited and waited and waited. Finally after 40 minutes past my appointment time I got up and left. I will NOT go back.

I went in for a trim and style and came away very unhappy with the cut. I went back a few days later to have it fixed and came away with the opposite of what I asked for from a different stylist. I distinctly said "no layers". I now have to let this mess grow back out before I can have the style I originally went in to get. I am currently looking for a new beautician.

Went in and asked for a basic wash and trim, the hair stylist, Lisa, was very aggressive and took advantage of my timidness. She charged me for having "a lot of hair", insisted my hair be styled by her without stating the charge and then charged me twice for shampooing. Was told $30, had to pay $44.

Please dont let Carolyn work on your eyebrows mine are so thin now they are practically non existant and I had a lot! Also hair cut is choppy and the color is not what I asked for. Everyone who works there seems really unhappy the whole vibe of the place is down.

Went to Regis with my wife and kept going back since! I am not a salon guy, but they give a really nice hair cut. The staff is mostly young and all very nice. Ive been several times and always gotten a nice cut.

Katie is fabulous! I always make an appointment and am never waiting more than 5 minutes. She helped me find a cut for my hair type and makes great suggestions, but isnt pushy.
