WORST experience ever. The receptionist assigned us to our first agent knowing full well that we were only in town for 4 days when that said agent was having eye surgery and we wouldnt be able to see any properties with her. We were then handed off to a horribly rude agent named June. June treated us as if we were a nuisance to her. She was very slow to do anything and whenever I tried asking questions she would snap back at me with attitude. Like previous customers stated, these agents dont care and will try to put you anywhere as long as they make their commission. June sent us on a wild goose chase to view properties alone and the landlords were pissed when we showed up! At the last location June was 30 minutes late and then couldnt even unlock the apartment! We wasted 4 hours with Century 21 for nothing. Stay far away from these people! If you dont know the basics of customer service, you shouldnt be in real estate.

My experience with Century 21 Richards Realty was over and beyond. On November of 2015 my wife and I went to meet with Gus Bergamini form Century 21 to find us an apartment ASAP, Gus said to us no problem!! in just a short note, Gus went the extra mile with us as we were not the most easy customers to satisfy, however Gus took his time to find us the right place, and he did. Gus was very professional & knowledgeable the whole time he spent with us. We now live in our new apartment and are extremely happy with our new place!! Thank you Gus and your staff for helping my wife and I find our new place, I strongly recommend Gus and his staff at Century 21 when you need the right team and professionals to find you your new home or apartment, again thank you all. If you have a choice, find another realtor. Preferably not from Century 21, and SURELY NOT FROM THIS OFFICE. Words of warning - they do not give total disclosure on many things - if you are seeking a rental and they ask for a deposit to put on the property, proceed with caution. If you do not get the property that you want, say for example, it has ALREADY BEEN RENTED but the agent did not care to find out, you will have to wait almost two weeks to get that deposit back. So your search must be put on hold unless you have a few thousand dollars to keep putting down as deposits. You are best go find a place without a realtor and no HOA or approval process other than an owner. This office is far too busy for the normal every day joe. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Century 21 Richards Realty is a very professional place to go to when seeking a place to live. If you want a excellent reliable person to help you find a new place to live, request an appointment with Mike Perrault. He was very attentive with me and did everything in his power to help me find a place while making sure I got the best deal possible.He definitely listened to me and what’s better is that he was good about communication and gave me time to read and review the places he found. Very thorough with informing as to the pluses and minuses of the particular areas for these places as well. Mike Perrault is very professional and I would definitely use him again and refer him to someone else.

Not a great place. Was lied to about properties, received everything last minute. Realators did not have nessecary information for gates or door entries when i spoke to higher authority nothing was done to resolve the situation. It came to a point I felt the realator was trying to put me in any location. I was told a property I really liked was rented because the landlord was spanish and our realator dosent speak spanish. Horrible place for service better going elsewhere. Higher authority gus also became aggressive on the phone instead of helping. June riley is the realator who provided unacceptable service late to appointments sending applications a day before late in the night.

Always on top of their game, this real estate agent is one of the agents I ALWAYS without hesitation REFER to friends and family! Wonderfully patient with new home buyers and first time sellers ... Walks you through every step and always sweet, attentive and goes above and BEYOND!!! Every SINGLE person I have referred ended up referring someone else .. Thats an incredible sign that they are doing SOMETHING .. If not everything RIGHT! Looks out for the best interest of all parties involved!!! Exceptional customer service!!!
