Realtors & Real Estate agency are pretty much a dime a dozen in these parts. The good thing is Realtor Frank Gundlach of Rose Realty is truely a diamond in the rough, & lord knows South Florida can be "rough". Frank is a patient, professional & knowledgable man willing to to go the extra mile for his clients. He worked with us for several months, caravaning us around all thruought Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties. Never once did he give up, complain or pass us on to someone else. He is a true gentleman committed to his clients. We had many questions on many properties. If frank didnt know, he d take the time to find out... Providing us clarity & detailed infoirmation. When we finally found our home, he worked dilegently to get us the best deal possible. REALTOR SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY! Especially from Frank Gundlach. Hes very manipulative and unprofessional with legal documents and properties. One of many examples, during a property inspection, he hid house damages with storm shutters and claimed he didnt have the keys to open them, then he left the inspection.
