We did not stay with Melissa long. Melissa was not a good listener and doesnt respond well to customer wants. We wanted to put a lower bid on a house that was priced to high, she didnt we later found out the seller sold the house at the price we were going to offer so we lost the house. She almost tells you want she wants you to want if that makes any sense. Her assistant was rude and because my husband and I were not rushing, or settling into anything we didnt truly want they lost patience with us. She would send us houses on the MLS based on our search and when we asked to go and see properties they her response was "go check out the area and then let me know if you still want to see the property". Shes good if you are looking to buy super high and if you want someone to choose what you want.
