Rang bell sat down... no one came or acknowledged me,.one emoyee walked past me without a word to go smoke, and I had an appointment. When someone finally asked if I was helped, I was able to speak with the woman I made an appointment with. I had a couple properties to see. Michelle wasnt entirely organized but knew a couple of the rentals I wanted to see where already gone. She hadnt mapped out closest to farthest so we zig zagged waiting gas and time. She was very nice and generally helpful and pleasant and I would ask for her help again in the future.
