My experience, like I believe may be the situation with other buyers, is narrowed by the fact that I only had exposure to my realtor and her associate within the Coldwell Banker Triad office. Based upon my experience with them, I can only describe their service as extreme outstanding. We were buying, not listing a home. During our initial tour of potential homes, our realtor arrived motivated and well prepared; however, SHE HAD APPENDIX SURGERY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO OUR FIRST HOME TOUR! She not only came extremely prepared during our first tour, but continued her professionalism by contacting the listing realtors to find out information we requested. Remember, SHE HAD APPENDIX SURGERY ONE WEEK PRIOR TO OUR FIRST HOME TOUR! Our realtor had another colleague assisting with comparing houses and market analyses, and he also maintained an extremely high level of professionalism. During subsequent weeks our realtor and her associate maintained the same level of professionalism until we found, and closed, on a home. Simply put, OUR REALTOR WAS GREAT!!! Thank you Coldwell Banker Triad. We will call upon you again if we have further real estate needs.

They will not be eager to sell your home. I had six showings and not one offer on a $120K well kept 5 year old home. The realtor would not give me any feedback from showings. I would have to email her to get the feedback. Took 3-4 days for her to respond to emails.
