We rented an apartment from Advance Realty on Red Road from Clarinda Gill. She has refused to return the $1100. deposit to my parents who are 75 and 79. They are both in a nursing home and since they do not have the physical or financial resources to fight them, Ms. Gill and Advance Realty have taken advantage of the situation. The owner Anthony Askowitz has not returned any of my calls or emails, he obviously supports and encourages this inappropriate behavior from his employees. There are a lot of good realtors and real estate agents out there, dont use one that keeps deposits from our most vulnerable citizens-seniors! We all have parents and grandparents, Im sure you would not want this to happen to them. They take advantage of those they know they can take advantage of!! Shame on you Advance Realty and Clarinda Gill. Do you want to trust your hard earned money (deposits and escrows) and your life dream of owning a home to these people??

Be aware; they will make you lose money, they advertise (realtors name "Antony DeNito) properties ready to close when is not true, you will expend money in inspections and appraisal and 30 minutes before closing the title company will call you to inform you the closing is cancelled because the short sale was not approved and I was wasting money and time, and didnt even have the descent in apologize for their mess. I will never use remax and will never recommend it to anybody.
