Shopping at Aroma is a degrading experience; this place is the WORST. Its over priced and the staff are HORRIBLE. Ive ordered food in advance, SPECIFYING when I would pick it up, then had to wait OVER AN HOUR for it when I finally arrived—and I still didnt get it so I ended up walking out! The staff and managers are rude and unwelcoming. The "manager," Max, is truly one of the rudest, nastiest, unhelpful managers Ive ever encountered in any business. Ive decided never to return, but when I used to go there, I actually found myself praying that Max wouldnt be there. These people have no idea how to run a business. I always feel like Ive entered into a rude strangers house uninvited when Im at Aroma. But wait, theres more! The old man working behind the dairy deli always takes FOREVER, no matter what hes "focusing" on. He has literally kept me there for FORTY FIVE MINUTES when Ive been the only customer and all I wanted was a half pound of cheese. Hes so slow and doesnt know his way around at all, despite seemingly having worked there forever. Its like every day is his first day on the job and he has no idea that people might not have all day to just stand around waiting for him to do something in forty five minutes that a normal person can do in two minutes. The last straw for me was three weeks ago, when they took down my information and said they would order a product for me and notify me when it arrived in a week. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. Didnt hear a single word from anyone—nobody letting me know my order had arrived, been delayed, or even canceled. Frankly, I dont know how I ended up shopping here for as long as I have, but I will not be returning to this meshugas. The atmosphere and vibe are so negative that its no longer worth making the drive.

What a ripoff! I had a taste for Matzo Ball soup tonight. Having been happy with my purchases in the past from Aroma Kosher Market & Catering in Cooper City, I stopped in tonight. Big mistake. Turns out that I spent $6.99 for a quart container of chicken broth with two small matzo balls. The noodles were .99 extra. I would have been better off purchasing the chicken broth by itself ($3.99) and a container of four matzo balls ($3.75) and the noodles (free with the purchase of the chicken broth.) I spent $7.98 when I could have opted for the "ala-carte" at $7.74 and ended up with twice the number of matzo balls. The food in this place has really declined in the last several months. I come here 4-5 times a week for lunch. The food is really high quality, I love it. They have all these really great and varying types of chicken dishes. The staff at the deli (Mario and Allen) are really friendly and put up with my crazy sandwich requests( I make a lot of them). What I love the most about the overall experience is how clean the entire place is, you could eat your food off the floor. I am really surprised how good the food is, Its really something you need to try.

Best Kosher market in Hollywood FL! Honestly, I love coming in to shop and looking around at all the delicious food lol! I love the sample tasting on Fridays! The workers are nice and warm! Overall, just an amazing place been shopping here ever since I moved here and they opened 11 years ago! Its just one of those places you feel comfortable at and have fun looking around!Looking forward to coming in to shop!

We always stop over at Aroma Market after picking on my daughter from Temple Beth Emet Day School, It has become our Tuesday thing, She loves to walk the aisles. Great Kosher Veal, The Kosher Beef is superb and fresh. Oh and they have great prices on Shabbat Candles.

Called several times to place an order they refused to take it. We were coming from the North and wanted to pick up some items. Rude people on the phone. In the past we order from them but now they refused and were RUDE., What happen to customer appreciation.

I love Aroma!. They have wonderful produce, chicken, beef, fish, etc. and the prices are competitive. Unlike other popular markets, Ive never gotten a questionable piece of meat or a disappointing piece of fresh fruit. Rock on Aroma!
