Terrible service. None of the information was clearly stated to me. I hosted a Black Tie Formal event with a Premium Pasta Station and Beverage Package along with table, linens, the whole nine yards. I received 2 liter bottles of sodas, no water, no bartender, and no table for the beverages. On top of that at the end of the night I was asked (meanwhile I was wearing a long formal gown and heels) to scrape the left over food off the plates and stack them in the bins for their employees to pick up. When I confronted them they told me yea please do so because you didnt hire servers. I then said " If I had known having a pasta station didnt meant they pick up the plates afterwards I would have hired 3 servers to do so". The response to me was to please pick up the plates and stack them accordingly. I have never received such unacceptable and inadequate costumer service in my entire life. I will NEVER hire them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

I have used El Rey De La Paella several times for all sorts of different events. I have always had an amazing experience with them and I feel like they are part of my extended family. I would blindly recommend them for any event as they are professional, friendly and most importantly an incredible value for the service and quality they provide. They have gone as far as creating specialty paellas for me with bacon wrapped scallops and fillet medallions with lobster tails for each of my guests. Till this day it is one if my most memorable party meals!!

Planning can be so stressful especially when you have to depend on a vendors you dont know and you question how reliable they are to bring your tables, chairs, or in this case food for 100 guest. Put your doubt at rest, El Rey de La Paella is 100% reliable and delicious. With that said I just want to thank you guys for always doing such great job!!!

I selected this caterer based on previous reviews, but I was disappointed. I ordered paella for 50 guests. There were less than 50 guests and I had very little paella left over. The paella was very on the salty side and not as tasty as I expected.
