- I have not use your service before double check your records and find my name or last name? - The call had to be interrupted as I was getting an incoming work call - I did not (out of respect) click in any Groupon link and instead preferred to call and ask you, just in case I was not aware of any discount offered (this is very normal) - NO I DO NOT expect or ask for 50% off, that would be extremely wrong. I respect and support local business and small business. Yes I did state in the past when I use Groupon "I" paid them 50% off all revenue. - All I or any other customer would want is to be treated with respect when we are supporting YOUR business. - You first offered 5% without me even asking, you were not truly listening but instead making assumptions when I stated what "I" paid Groupon when I used them in the past. - You going from offering 5% off to then in a very offensive tone telling me ""This is your price take it or leave it" "$420 plus $150.00 and did not let me speak instead you were raising your voice at me all flustered while I was explaining there is ZERO hassle parking and its a full equipped large kitchen. WOW! how can that not be offensive or disrespectful? - As it is normal, I googled your number to call back as the first time the call was not from my cell. I see a Groupon link. I do not click on that link but instead call you. I asked if there is any Groupon special; never asked for a discount since I saw the link. Really that is what got you upset? As a business owner professionalism should be practiced in daily basis, but at the end you do what works best for you, and if loosing business works for you then thats good too. Elizabeth Mendoza in the last week (May 9 2017) I am sure the 5 stars from other people are true. Sadly I didnt even get to that point as the person (actually sounded like the owner) was extremely disrespectful and offensive. As I looked for their number online for the second time (was not saved in my phone)I came across a link saying Groupon I did not even click on it and preferred to just called directly and asked just in case there was a deal I was not aware of, he instead of just sharing that currently there was no special, at first offered a 5% off and once he learned I was the same person who had to hang up (incoming work call) he got very upset and disrespectful this time even asking me to pay an additional $150.00 My hope his he reads this and allows himself to be professional for the next callers at the end we should not be punished for asking or for making a second call. All business need a large customer base to keep succeeding. I hope I am the only person who had to deal with this and this rating helps future callers get the best service. Helpful? My first experience with Don Paella, the occasion- "My Wedding", and what an AWESOME experience it was. First of all, with short notice (less than one month from event date) I dealt with Youry in the office. He was very professional, helpful, and just great to deal with. The day of the Wedding (for 200 persons), Jorge and his Assistant(his wife) arrived, set up, and served at the scheduled time. They were AMAZING. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. It was a joy to have them at my Wedding and to serve my guests. As quickly and efficiently as they set up, they also cleaned up leaving the area just as they found it. I am extremely impressed with Don Paella and fully recommend them to Family and Friends. My Guests (our loved ones) were extremely pleased and loved the food. Don Paella youve made a fan out of me. Thank you !!! and Gods blessings on your business and those who made this experience truly AMAZING and AWESOME !!!!

I hired Don Paella for my 40th birthday party in my backyard. The paella and appetisers were fantastic (Paella Valencia, Empanaditos, Egg Rolls). All the guests loved the idea of hiring a chef to come to the house to cook paella; watching dinner be cooked was a great experience and the paella itself really did look like a work of art. Youry and the chef went above and beyond, passing out appetisers to our guests and going as far as bringing food inside to some of the guests hanging out in the kitchen. The only downside to the entire experience was that they arrived over an hour late... having no other food on hand was a little embarressing as some of my guests were getting hungry. This is the only reason I cannot give them 5 stars, but in spite of this I would still use their services again. Recommend for quality of food, service, and value for money.

DON PAELLA is the BEST ALL AROUND. First time using them and I highly recommend them. I took the chance to hire them for a birthday party based on their excellent online reviews, and Im so glad I did!! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE overall!! The owner, Youry, is the absolute best!! Excellent customer service and very professional!! In addition to his delicious paella, I also used his rental and staff/waiter service. It made everything so much easier!! Staff arrived on time, very polite, friendly, and welcoming with my guests, food was ready on time, set up/clean up was great, presentation of food was so nice, and the PAELLA was delicious!!...All of my guests LOVED it!! I got so many compliments on the food!! I cannot wait to hire DON PAELLA again for my next event! THANK YOU TO YOURY AND HIS AWESOME TEAM FOR MAKING THIS EVENT SO SPECIAL!!

We used Don Paella for our sons graduation party from Dental School. It was the best decision for the party and I would do it again, without hesitation. The Paella was DELICIOUS, the presentation was AMAZING, everyone LOVED it. OUR CHEF CARLOS WAS FANTASTIC!!! An excellent cook, very friendly, clean, quiet, efficient, everything was taken care of with a smile. Our Paella looked gorgeous and tasted even better. Carlos worked his magic. It was awesome. Everyone, everyone, everyone LOVED the Paella. I imagine Don Paella will be getting lots of referrals from this party. The entire experience was GREAT. Fantastic!! Thank you, thank you, thank you - and, no, I am not being paid for this review.
