Place is great! I dont know what these bashers are talking about. The drive through may take long because they actually take the time to make food and not just throw it at you like burger King and McDonalds do. My spicy chicken sandwich was the bomb! And the sauces were great. A lady in a black Polo kept busy asking us and other people if we needed refills or she could take our tray when we were finished. There is great service here nobody they hire has a ghetto attitude like other fast food places in South Florida. Even though this may be a fast good place they take their time to make food great as well a getting it to you in a timely manner. Five stars from me baby. The place was also very clean and the lady in the black Polo kept busy cleaning tables and sweeping the floors and making sure the condiment bar was stocked and very neat.

The worst CFA I have ever visited, ive visited several times and experience was consistantly poor. Employees are friendly but generally seem overwhelmed. Leadership absent or non participative in my past visits. My last (meaning both previous and final) the person that seemed to be the manager was doing front side expo (im a resturant where the food is wrapped or packaged before it goes in the window). This managerial presence didnt help with getting the order right. I complained once but no one ever followed up, so I didnt proceed further. Why would I invest more effort than the management? Team at the copens and federal staff is awesome, so is the one just west of university on commercial

Food is very good but you must to be willing to sit in a very long drive-thru queue. Been here 3 times and the experience has been consistent. This most recent experience was quite hazardous for both drivers trying to exit their parking spots and patrons walking in and out of the business due to the previously mentioned queue, which extended through a majority of the lot. Luckily, efforts were being made by the business to expedite the ordering and payment process in response, however, being that this seems to be a reg occurrence, a more permanent solution may need to be considered. Ill be dining inside on the next go-around; hopefully I can exit my parking spot safely on the way out.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, had her hand on her hips the entire time while taking our order, gave me a dirty look, and had a horrible attitude. The store closed in about an hour and they didnt have any spicey chicken?! Why wouldnt they make some with an hour to go on a Friday night?! AND! As I write this review while I wait for my food (which I just got...) The girl didnt even complete the order all the way! I ordered 4 sandwiches and she put in 3! HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!

A Chicken selling power house. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. Think fat n juicy chicken, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of cheese. All together on your choice of a regular golden bun or whole wheat. Its not a dry spicy, instead think plump & juicy. Of course, ask about the sauces, many awesome choices to choose from. Man, my mouth is watering now. Excuse me, Im going to go order a Spicy Sandwich. My pleasure!

Dont listen to the paid basher. This place is great. Excellent service. Food is better then the hamburger places. The BK across the street should be shut down. The kids love it too. Update: recently visited again and noticed how clean and well stocked the condiment bar was and the manager was wearing a shirt and tie picking up trash as he walked through the place. When was the last time you saw that and any other fast food place. Love this place!!

Love Chick-fil-a, but this location is awful! Today was the last time I will ever eat there. The nuggets are disgusting! For the 4th time in a row, I had to toss the whole entree in the trash. Again, the nuggets are brown, dry and taste rancid. They are squishy like they were baked and not fried. Any other location the nuggets are good, crispy on the outside and white on the inside - delicious. Dont go to this location!!!

We were greeted with such excellent service. Moreso than any other restaurant in a long time. I mean, wow! The staff is friendly and they seem happy and attentive. I guess that is what happens when you pay employees a decent wage and give them days off. The food is so fresh and made to order. It is a big step above fast food. I almost forgot that they are a bit of a weird and religuous company. lol.

I stopped in for the first time and there was no line so that was great. Lol. An employee took my order and brought my food quickly. Although I was given the wrong order, once I informed the staff about the mishap, my order was promptly made. The store was quiet and in a convenient location for me. I would def return to this location. The employee that assisted me was polite.

This chic fil a is the closest to my house. Been many times but this was the first time I ever got charcoal from the chicks. I didnt think this happened at chick fil a but I guess some people just dont care what they serve. Besides all else only issues I may have had before was them forgetting my sauce. I will return. But I wont accept burnt chicken no more

The employees are wonderful...always friendly. The parking lot is awful especially during the lunchtime rush. The confusing roads in and out make it hard to get in and out of the parking lot. The building is very clean and well landscaped however not well labeled as Chick-fil-a. It is also connected to a pet store which just adds to the confusion.

My kids and my ex-wife love most of the food from this place. I, on the other hand, am not a fan of the food from this restaurant except for the grilled chicken cool wrap with avocado ranch dressing, and the spicy southwest salad. The actual restaurant is nice and clean and it has an indoors kids playground. The staff is always very friendly

100% disappointed with this chick til a Ive numerous tomrd always mess up my orders and today I waited 20 mins for 3 cookies and when I asked the manger she said "oh ok" and walked away like not at all acceptable. Then the cookies werent warm like theres supposed to. Stay away from this one go to the one on Hillsboro so much better.

I cant say enough how I love this place. The workers are always smiling, helpful, and go the extra mile for you in good or bad weather. The lines are always long, but they move fast with the system they have set up and it works wonders. The food always taste great and the lemonade is always on point. This is my go to for fast food.

everytime i go there is a lovely experience cashiers are so friendly anytime you go, if is for breakfast, lunch or diner lovely customer service A+ I was helped on sat by this young lady called vero and she was so sweet and polite an excellent customer service cant wait to go back there with my family ones again.
