Waynston catered our wedding in Dec 2016. We contracted for a plated dinner and in the middle of things happening he tried to pull a buffet on us. He thought we were busy having a good time that it would go unnoticed. I made it clear to him what we contracted for then he got upset, because I had to check him. They did not serve our guest as instructed. They set up a table with finger foods in the back of the ceremony and had our guest fin for themselves . They did not even offer a glass of water. We ordered table and chairs which ended up being pieces of plywood. The chairs were delivered dirty and they were not set up. Some of my guest and the bride set up the chairs and wiped them off for the ceremony . We paid 250.00 for an ice sculpture which never came. We asked for a refund in which he said he would pay after the holidays. As of today, February 17 we have not received our money. We were told the check was mailed . It never came so we are in the process of suing him in small claims court . I would not recommend him. He is very unprofessional . This review is for SWCatering on University in Sunrise . Buyers Beware!! The food was delicious but business was not. Waynston sold us an ice sculpture for $250 but never delivered. He said he would refund us but everytime we called him he said the check is in the mail. The wedding was Dec 10th 2016 and as of now 2/17/17 we still have not received the refund. We notified him that we will take him to court and he said go ahead. So we are going to take him to small claims court for our refund. He also sprung a buffet when we paid for plated service. We couldnt accept that and he said when we ordered an extra meat on the menu it changed to buffet. WHEN WAS HE GOING TO TELL US?? He showed up at our wedding with a buffet but we insisted he plate the meal. Now he must be mad and think he is not going to refund us. We will see what Judge Judy says about not delivering the ice sculpture. LOL

Let me start off by saying a special thank you to Wayneston and his crew!!!! SW Catering catered the food for my wedding. They went above and beyond their job to make sure my husband and I were pleased. My guest said it by far the best food they have eaten at a wedding. They said "most weddings they go to either the food taste horrible or is cold." Not with SW Catering, the food was hot and full of flavor. Anything I asked for Wayneston was able to get it done for me. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you Wayneston and SW catering for making my special day amazing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Omg, the food is so flavorful and the ambience is beautiful. Im hooked on the pork the best pork Ive ever had. Overall the food is great.
