This was the worst, most humiliating experience of my life. The stylist pulled my hair so hard that it brought me to tears. I typically have soft hair, but she put product in it and tried to brush too much of it at a time, and when she got mad she would yell at me, or comment to her coworkers in Spanish. I speak fluent Spanish, but I guess my stylist, Jenny, assumed I dont. She began to yell out to her coworkers about how "this girls hair is awful. Its gross. I cant do this and certainly dont want to." I tried to offer helpful advice as I do know my own hair. She told me that it was my fault and that I would have to deal with it if it hurt when she brushed or if she couldnt finish my hair. I have straight, long blonde hair. I dont dye it so its quite tame. Ive never had this problem when getting a hair cut. The insults in Spanish continued, including racial slurs. In addition to racism, and the violent treatment of my hair, the stylist did not listen to the cut i wanted and cut it any way she wanted. When I asked her to revise it, she said no. Then in Spanish said she didnt want to. After insisting that I wanted what I wanted, she took a personal call on her cell phone, asked someone else to help me. When no one else did, she reluctantly cut my hair in the style I requested. I asked for her name so I could remember it and she wouldnt give it to me. I asked for the manager and she told me that she is the manager. I ended up paying just to leave and regretted paying immediately. My hair was disgusting it had so much product in it that I couldnt run my fingers through it. I decided to call corporate to report my experience as this kind of treatment is unkind, not just terrible service. I called twice to explain my experience. It has been 6 days with no response. I want my money back and I want Jenny, the manager, fired for her hurtful hateful comments and treatment of me. Dont ever assume that because a blonde girl walks in, she wont understand the trash you say about her in Spanish.

The lady who cut my layers did a horrible job (and i have extremely easy hair to work with it is straight ). I thought it would be an easy haircut for her (other cheap salons ive gone to have done a good job) but she didnt even use clips. It looked like she was winging it. My hair looks ridiculous, lol. Supercuts please stop hiring people who have no idea how to cut hair please!!!!! I am so frustrated!!! I didnt even want to go back to "get it fixed" because i didnt want her to go near my hair with scissors ever again. She was also trying to sell me some leave in conditioner the whole time even though i said no a bunch of times! Granted, i am just a shy person and getting spoken to bothers me more than most, but still! i paid $18 + large tip to have my hair chopped up lol (blow dryer is not included so i walked out with wet hair, not a huge deal but just so you know with the blow dryer a simple cut is $35+ tip) I rarely leave reviews but oh my god! It looks so bad! And its such an easy haircut!!!!

I went to supercuts to get my hair blow dried and flat iron. I have alot of thick hair and I wanted a break from doing it myself. I called ahead and nobody spoke english, I dont mind that except communicating how I want my hair to look. When I got there the lady who did my hair got water all in my ears and on my face when she washed it. Brushing it.. she hurt me and was rough. She scraped my face many times with the round brush and pulled my hair while drying it. Instead of spinning the chair so the section of hair she was working on Was facing her station she wrapped the cord Infront of me and had it in my face and infront of my neck. I am a tall woman so she had me slouch down in the chair and bend my neck backwards wich was verry uncomfortable for me expecially because I have neck and back problems. She did not flat iron my hair and she said it looked fine and sent me out the door with a mess of poofy unattractive hair. A waste of my time and hard earned money. Verry dissapointed!!!!

17 dolares un corte de pelo de 3 minutos. El resultado mediocre. Suele pasar cuando hay poca dedicación. Es el típico sitio perfecto para niños que necesiten un corte de pelo básico. Es muy rápido y económico para la zona en la que está.

This shop has serious communication issues, I know I did ask for clip zero, but whats you first cut? Right in the middle!? It makes everything no return, even show her pic, but I seriously doubt it she has take a carefully look what I am talking about, Ive only comfort myself it will grow back after a month

Vivian has been cutting my hair once a month for the last three years... need I say more? Plus, I get free Spanish lessons with each cut. Of course, now she knows my style and all I need to say is "pelo corto por favor." Tell her Brandon sent you over ;-)

Yes, you can get a haircut, but good luck communicating. You need to speak Spanish, I do. Not only that, though, they dont seem to understand what you say, even in Spanish. It comes off as rude, particularly when the staff is joking around with each other.
