I only give one star cause I cant give less. I asked how much was it to wash inside and outside the car. I was told$16. I paid. I asked them to wash the thin rubber rug I had on top of my car regular rug, just spray some water, no shampoo, no rubbing. Just spray some water with a hose. They denied and asked me more money to do just that. So...I go there to have my car washed and my car leaves it dirty???? No way. I asked my money back. The manager couldnt care less. Had they just sprayed that thin rubber rug with some water I would have given them a very nice tip. Their loss. Wherever I go in Miami Beach, I even pay more, about $21, but I dont have any headaches and my car leaves the premises clean. This one, a local Hollywood car wash trying to take my money after Id paid? No way. If you pay the $16 they will only use the automatic wash, vacuum and wipe the panel. NOTHING ELSE. YOUR CAR WILL LEAVE THE PREMISES DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE PIGS! WONT REALLY WASH YOUR CAR. SHAME ON THEM. NO WONDER WHY IT WAS EMPTY TODAY, NO CUSTOMERS AROUND. SHAME ON THE MANAGER WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH NOR HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. I WORK VERY CLOSE AND COULD BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER, BUT HE CHOSE OTHERWISE.

I got the premium package, but it was very disappointing... Could have done a better job with sewage run off and a piece of toilet paper: There were spots in the truck that werent even touched. When I asked about those all they did was hit it with a towel and apologized that they couldnt do anything else. The spray wax was fine until one of the employees sprayed water all over it, leaving water spots on the wax. I also had to remind them about the tire shine. All fellow customers seemed to be in the same situation, constantly watching their cars and finding little problems. The inside of the truck was descent, courtesy of an employee who heard everything and made sure to do a good job. DO NOT recommend this car wash to my 5 year old with his power wheels. Payed almost 30$ to go home and wash my car myself.

Todays visit was "OK I WILL GIVE THIS ONE MORE TRY - MAYBE LAST VISIT WAS AN OFF DAY" Happy to say today was a pleasure. Willie (very nice person) did my SUV inside and double checked the outside. He did a great job..BUT WARNING not all the guys there take pride in the job they do..last visit was not a pleasure -- had to clean my SUV when I got home and on both VISITS spent 30.00 +tip. its a hit and miss.. I did talk to the manager before my SUV went through the car wash process today - maybe that made the difference.

Best car wash been to in a long time very professional staff is very nice they doing excellent job for a reasonable price I go two three times a week and if you go I half hour before closing they have a happy hour special which is nice for someone like me that goes a lot I have a 2013 to heavy duty Silverado metallic blue that thing looks brand-new one Eiffel out.

Whenever Im on this side of town and sometimes when Im not I even make the trip to use this car wash. My car always shines up great and its pretty quick to get through even with a line usually. Thanks for the quality car wash in the neighborhood. I wish you guys could expand and put a location over on University drive or 441 too. Id go twice a week.

I dig the place. Inside and out cleansing for under $20 without tip. The operation could be a little faster. All the dudes should share tips so that they ALL work on a car at once instead of leaving it to one dude, while the rest shoot the breeze and the customer waits. Turnaround time matters in this industry.

In my visit today as I regularly come every weekend, I had an excellent service I always take the ultimate and the gentleman that was cleaning my car he really took the time and I appreciate that, talk to the manager and the employee name is Luis and once again thank you keep the good job

Paid for a full car wash Set for an hour to see the guy is cleaning my car in between other tasks I gave up, removed the cleaning stuff from my car and drove away with half cleaned car so I can get on time to open my office Shame on that kind of business

So I think they got new ownership or something because I brought my car and they did a great job. One guy for the outside wash, a group of guys for drying and then another station where a worker spent a half hour vacuuming and detailing my car all for $13

I went in to have my accord from 2015 wash they did not clean the rims correct and forgot to vacume my back seats. Over all bad experiences will never go back . Paid 25$ for nothing.

Went this morning and it was empty. Like other reviews they did a very poor job on the interior. They vacuumed but spent no other effort cleaning the inside. Not worth trying again

They are thieves, they have a machine that does not deliver a receipt pay $ 15 and then they wanted to charge me $ 12 more for vacuuming the car inside

Self wash timed fast, doesnt remove all the dirt. Brushes are hard on black paint. Drive through wash isnt touchless
