Finest is a stretch. The man who took my keys when I pulled up was kind but it was all downhill from there. I tried to pre pay, but stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. The original man said it was fine if I went to fresh market while I waited. When I returned another man aggresively came up to me demanding I gave him my keys... which they had. Which they had (and had moved my car since I left). I said I dont have them you do and he yelled "NO, YOU DO". I walked away annoyed and again, tried to pay. The man who took my money was extremely rude and pre occupied. I stood at the counter without an acknowledgement, again. When he finally made payment I was not given any type of ticket. The "no keys" man then asked why I was sitting. My car was done, yet no one told me. I got in and he hovered over me demanding a ticket. Again, I said I just paid and no one gave me a ticket, pulling my phone up so I could show him the charge on my account. He was within visual/earshot of the guy at the counter and yelled something then demanded I go speak to him myself, adding on, "You dont have ticket you dont pay". I refused and said hes your coworker, you figure it out. After another dialogue yelling over the parking lot he said fine and allowed me to leave. The kicker is I got in the car and my passenger panel is filthy. Shame, as this place is less than a minute from my place. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR CAR! I went during the day and had my mail hidden under the mat of the back seat. After a 20 minute wash, left and noticed once I got home that my mail was OPENED and now directly on the back seat with my bank statements open and my CREDIT CARD GONE with the envelope TORN IN HALF. Drove back to the car wash, called the police, the managers were INDIFFERENT, extremely unhelpful and could care less. The officer reviewed surveillance which was blurry and couldnt provide anything. After an hour of everyone denying it, one employee magically emptied a large garbage bin with my credit card at the bottom. During all of this I had to make sure no one was attempting to activate or make charges with my card, which Im sure they did but failed. The manager BLAMED me and told me that "Well if they did use your card the furthest they could use it would be the gas station, and its our word vs. yours." DESPICABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

it was my first time , taking my car to the so called finest hand car wash . It was HORRIBLE . i give it -1star . the staff are lame and with no motivation , but they need to pay attention and do there job . your lucky i didnt ask for my money back . the way they clean cars is a mess ! they do NOT know how to wash cars . my car still has dirt in the inside and out , and on the bumper i had to tell this guy to re-clean it . my side mirrors were completely dirty . and by the doors , theres STILL dirt . in back of my windshield its all smudged and real dirty . my FIRST AND LAST experience with this stupid hand car wash ! it was real ridiculous and embarrassing . also , your guy staff dont do nothing but flirt with minors , ashamed of how the place is set up with all this non-sense .

Dont take your car to this place unless you want your interior damaged!! I took my car there for a deep cleaning they broke my wood trim on my door. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as the manager did not charge me and gave me a free car wash.. At that moment I did not realize The cost of the repair was 300 dollar. Took my car in last week to use the free car wash and they broke the wood trim above My glove compartment!! This will be another 300 dollar repair! I was so Angry with my self for trusting them again!!! I would not let them wash my daughters Barbie Jeep!! I will never go back to this place not even if they had Brazilian Victoria Secret models washing cars topless!!!

Probably the worst car wash I have ever had. Wheels are all still dirty. The windows have dirty residue from the dirty wiping they did. The whole car itself is still dirty. I thought it was just the water but when I got home, I could see all the dirty water marks all over the car. I literally had to come and take a wet rag and clean the whole car off myself. I am definitely not coming back here again. I swear a machine car wash does a better job than these guys. Dont waste your money.

I just took my 2 door 2003 Cadillac Deville to these crooks and asked them how much to just vacuum my two carpet mats and shampoo them. The job should take about 5-7 minutes max. I was expecting them to say something like $10-20. NOPE. They asked me for $95. NINETY FIVE DOLLARS to just vacuum and shampoo two floor mats. Ive heard that this place gauges rich people who are oblivious and tourists, but this is something else. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST.

But mostly people who are happy dont do reviews and that is sad .. Im here now getting my Chrome Lambo done and I know this place is great trust TeamSalamone we have more experience than all the "negative" people ..

The worst experience ever, $25.00 down the drain after I take my brand new car to get a simple car wash and the result was all dirty, uneven and even without armor-all. Have no idea why they call themselves Finest, this is not even close to a luxury service at all. Never again, and will not recommend anyone to take there car to this careless people.

South Beach Finest is the only carwash in South Beach, so that is where you go. Most of the time they get it right, sometimes they dont. Friendly service, Fresh Market is nearby so you can get your grocery shopping while they detail your car or have a quick meal at variety of cafes down the block.

The worse car wash ever. Theres no Hand wash anywhere, they pretend to clean a car in 5 min. Take your car to a gas station car wash and save money and time, even that car wash will do better for $3.50 and no $17. I should complain to get my car clean as they offer.

These guys dont do a good job and customer service is NOT important. They do however provide an average job, but just under 20, its not worth it. The carwash around the corner provides the same average car wach, but they are only $10, so thats were I go!

Staff is not trained to really clean the car. My car was dirty inside out, even nuts in my backseat and I paid extra for wiping the seats!!! Worse is to have guys walking away, arguing the job is done.... Never again !
