Horrible experience!!! I used to go here a lot because I thought they did a pretty good job. However, today was my last time for the following reasons: I drove in and asked for a regular basic wash (price posted $15). I go in to pay and the owner charges an extra $5 to my credit card for a "deluxe wash" b/c "you had bugs on your front bumper." He never said a word to me when I pulled in about the extra cost. He refused to issue me a refund and told me that "I must pay." Unbelievable rudeness and a total lack of customer service. To make matters worse, as the other reviewers mentioned, the wheels were still very dirty, and their disgusting towels left streak marks and swirls all over my car. They also did a shabby vacuuming job. I dont know what happened to this place but I strongly discourage anyone from going here.

worst experience i have ever had….very rude,,, the guy did a lousy job on my black car…there were mud spots all around the cars that they did not remove…when i pointed it out to him….He mentioned to me that this you have to do it yourself…. i confronted the owner about his employee rude behavior ,, all he kept on saying was Que pasa , que pass, no problem ,,,,, he did not force his workers to correct their mistakes , charged me 20 dollars and they left the key hanging on a dirty box for me to pick up…. rest Assured i will never go back there!!! One block down ,,, south beach finest hand car wash has long queue of cars waiting to get Service !!! I wonder why… bye bye Route 66,, you ll be out of BUSINESS !!! SOON

Do not go here, they were tasked only with removing the love bugs off the car. I explicitly describe what I wanted a 3x3 foot area cleaned free of bugs. they didnt do it at all. wings were all over it and when I got home a little spray cleaner and attention to detail to each bug and they were gone. sand left in the car and didnt clean off the brake dust from the rims. THE WORST CARWASH in MIAMI BEACH, no in florida for that matter. I couldnt be clearer what I wanted! totally ignored and that "no habla" stuff dont work with me, we speak 5 languages in the car that day. DONT GO HERE! theres a reputable and popular car wash just down the street. FOR REAL

They recently added a coffee , really nice Argentinian food, is good to have somewhere to sit and drink a coffee while your car is being washed. No doubt this is the best car wash on south Florida. The price is very good and the labor outstanding I had a scratch in the door of my Ferrari and they used some type of wax and polish. 2 hours later when I came back to pick the car up the scratch was totally gone, I highly recommend this place if u like to take good care of your car, they tell u what u need to do to keep the painting always in pristine state.

Honestly, I dont get where the negative reviews come from about this establishment. It is Miami Beach, so its highly likely the customers that posted the negative reviews walked in with their typically uppity attitudes. Personally, I found the owner and the staff to be pleasant, courteous, and thorough. The quality of the work was excellent (I am rarely satisfied with the work done by most car washes) as well as completed within the length of time they quoted. The will absolutely have my business every time I am in Miami Beach.

These guys are beyond meticulous, they are awesome! I have 3 different car washes near me in North Miami and prefer to drive all the way down to South Beach to have both of my cars washed. They are a bit hidden behind a building. They are between Burgers and Beers and the Publix on Bay Road. I highly recommend them!!! - S.S.

i paid 30 bucks for the premium wash, after picking up the car i see dirt spots all over the interior. greasy dirt that i can just wipe off with my fingers! how did they not catch that? they didnt even vacuum the trunk and the inside cabinets either, theres still so much dirt its a mystery to me what they actually did!

The service was very good and they did a very good job on my car I recommend this car wash to all there the best in the area the staff is great to very friendly and polite. I have gone to other car washes but this is the best dont even get me started on the prices for the job they do they charge very cheep.

Not the best detail work at all. It seems that they have gone down hill. Years ago they were fantastic! The staff has changed and we always have to go back becuase of something missed, like the wheels! Hello! Detail is what you do, How do you miss the wheels? I dont recomend this place anymore!

At the end of this wash there were spots all over the car. I asked for a rag and they removed them easily. I kept finding them and pointed them out to staff and I was told that the car needs a wax. I instead went to the other car wash on Alton road and for 15% more they leave no spots.

They are rude!!! I called to ask the price & I had to call 2 times before they even answered! Then when they picked up I could barely understand his accent & after he mumbled the price, I asked what it included...he just HUNG UP! Rude rude rude!!!!!
