This was a very pleasant experience. I pulled my car up and was greeted by Julian, the owner. He assessed my car and recommended a basic shampoo package. I asked for an exterior wax as well, so he recommended a full detail at $140. In my experience, this is the average rate for a thorough detailing. I left my vehicle there and left for work. Julian sent me a text message in under two hours (as promised) to let me know that the work was finished. I promptly returned and found my car glowing. The wash and wax was fantastic. Black has a tendency to fade harshly in the Miami sun, and Julians team brought my car back to life. The interior was even more impressive. I rarely vacuum the car, Im always at the beach, and I travel extensively. My interior gets stale, dusty, and littered with sand. Julian and his team gave me back my car in immaculate condition. The inside was shampooed and fresh smelling. There was no dirt anywhere. Not in the trunk, not in the side pockets... I was impressed. The rest of the interior was wiped and shiny. Overall, my car was returned to me better than I found it at the car lot when I originally purchased it. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

I drive a chrome lamborghini and it gets dirty more than most car. The wheels the trim .. its all special and I really particular about it. The W Southbeach recommend Ocean and it didnt "look" likes high end car salon. All of the Rolls Royces and Lamborghinis go there though. When I got there I was expecting to pay $200 but I was charged the same as a regular car wash ($10-$25 depending on SVC) and the service was BY FAR GHE GREATEST ABD MOST THOROUGH!! I could not have been happier! When I told them of my special car wash needs they "Knew their stuff!" They know everything about everything they are car finish and detail experts. The worst experience ever!!! Went 2 week ago and I paid almost 30 box for the ultimate wash and my glass wasnt clean! Come back again and spoke with the manager and he gave me a free wash. Last Saturday I went back again and I explained that the glass (front and rear..... was absolutely dirty)! Result? They gave me the car is the same condition!!! Miami Style???? Pay attention guy and improve your service!!!!

Overpriced machine wash $10!!! Once you drive in its impossible to get the car out. Guy at the register is on the phone the whole time barely acknowledges costumers. In few words: No costumer service and a total scam.
