Terrible!!! Bad work not worth for your money!! They rip u off! Dont go there. Make u pay for bad work! I paid detailing, $42, they told me that would include roof to rims service, wash, inside presure vaccum, steering cleaning, inside outside windshields cleaning, doors, cup holders, everything inside out except shampoo for rugs and seats. Which was ok because my seat did not need deep cleaning. Just a vacuumm inside because i have a 2 year old and had a cookie mess...when i picked my car, i saw it ok, i wanted to get home. I had a stain in my door caused by bird poo...they told me it would need wax to get it out becuase that stain penetraited the clear coat already and there was nothing to do but get a waxing service to get it out. And i paid 42 frkng bucks to get it out. So when i get home and really check it, rims are dirty, (they didnt do a good job cleaning) my rear glass was ALL STAINED BY THE SOAP from the car washing machine (which is a sh..) , seats were not cleaned properly, there was still cookie crumbs,(loose ones that i just tapped my hands and came out) AND THE STAIN IN THE DOOR... i grabed a wet car towel that i had, sprayed a little of armour all on the stain and it came out that easy. Things that i paid $42 dollars for and non of that was done, or done properly. I just cleaned one rim with my fingers and my finger came out dirty. Btw, my rims are 3 months old so there is no way they can tell me they are damaged. I bought them new. I told them, do what you have to do to leave it spotless, dont matter the price, and they offered me this service that was the "best for my car status". By the way, the photos i took i already cleaned the stained in almost all door(it was aaaaall over the door) and another pic shows a little bit of stain left so you know how bad was it. That was what i paid for. Bad job. Giving away money....

Ok decided to try this place since it is closer to my house. SAVE your money. Terrible. I had my car cleaned on Tuesday. Whatever they put on the wash leaves spots all over the vehicle. I had to spray it down on Thursday because its so bad. Friday i had to go to another place where i cleaned it myself and still cant get the spots all off. My windows are so bad. I did the $17.99 wash because I just wanted to knock the dust off. Now my husband is going to have to hand wash and wax. Inside I could only see where my drive stick had be wiped. I even asked the girl if they cleaned and wiped it down because it was still dripping on parts of the outside when I was told it was ready. Didnt even vacuum the little carpet by my doors. Or clean my door jams which was supposed to be included. But they did tires shine the wheels. Wont be back there. Now I know why they have such a bad rating.

I went there for the first time today. For what I paid for the service I am ecstatic with the results! For the same price I used to pay at a different vendor, they cleaned the inside of my truck, ran it through the car wash, dried her off and even emptied my little garbage pail. The owner Jane was very personable, caring and an absolute joy to meet. You don find too many businesses where the owner is there to speak with customers to assure that they are satisfied. The mechanic that worked on my truck, Cal, (or is it Kal) was a super guy and informed me of any issues. Just a great experience all around. Diane

Im so unhappy. I was looking forward to surprising my husband with a clean car today. I went to this car wash after work and told the first guy what I wanted. Then went in to pay. Unfortunelty, I was in a bit of a hurry, so I couldnt check the car before leaving. I trusted them. As Im getting home just now, I noticed the tires still have stuff on them and the middle consult is so freaking dirty. Like the car wasnt taken to a car wash. Im so disappointed bc someone had recommended this Place. So frustrating that getting your car wash isnt the same as it use to be. Ugh

This place is horrible. I sat there for 2 hours and paid $100 for a full detail. It came back to me dirtier than it was when I brought it in, and when I came home I spent an hour outside trying to scrub all the grease and dirt off of my leather seats. All they did was spray some oil conditioner on the seats and smear the dirt around they didnt clean anything. And the carpets for some reason look way dirtier then they were before I brought it there. I would have been better off just leaving it the way it was. Waste of $100. Never ever ever again.

This place is overpriced and they do a horrible job washing your car. I paid for an "emerald wash" which just cleans the outside and the inside of the car for $35 which is ridiculous for a machine wash. When I got my car back all they did was vacuum the rugs but left the rest of the interior dirty. The rims on my car were still dirty and there were patches of dirt still left on the lower back bumper. You’re better off going to a gas station car wash machine. It’s the same thing only cheaper.

I went there for the first time and it was a good experience. The customer service was great! Very friendly and happy to explain any of the different types of washes. They have a nice lobby with a flat screen, complimentary coffee, and machines if you need something to snack on. I had just driving through alligator alley (twice!) and my car was covered in dead bugs... The staff there were able to make my car nice and shiny again. I am definitely going to be a returning customer.

This is an amazing place to get your car wash, I always spend 10-15 minutes here. The staff is very nice and I love talking with the cashier she has a great attitude always smiling and making jokes. You get what you pay for you cant expect to pay $27 (thats what I pay) and get your car full detailed people nowadays love to complain about everything so they can get things for free. I highly recommend this place, ask for José and hell give you the best service for your car.

I waited 3 hours and paid $90 for a full interior detail. I brought my car in primarily because it got wet a little inside and smelled of mildew. When they were done, it still had that mildew smell. There was still sand in the carpet; about a handful. There were cheerios in the seats... I had cleared out all the loose items from the car to give them easy access to everything. So frustrated I spent $90 and still have to go in there and clean the floor myself.

First and last time!! My car came out just as dirty! Paid for the ruby car wash and got the oops Im too tired now to do my job car wash! Didnt do half the things I paid for. My whole front end was filthy. The wheels were done half way. Didnt vacuum parts of the car. Never did the dash. My rear view mirror was never touched. The kids that do the car washes for their clubs would receive 5 stars because they actually care!!
