I moved recently to the area couple of months ago and needed to find a "go to" car wash. I stopped by these place, put in 5 dlls straight and noticed none of the buttons were working. They all looked faded, dirty, beat up and I just couldnt get started. I looked around for some attendant to help me with the issue but didnt find anyone. I finally got some clear watery soap solution and 1 min later my 5 dll time was due!. I saw this man talking to a customer who was asking some questions about the coin slots as well and I then ask him what was the matter with those buttons not working. He said they had blocked most of them because "people dont know how to use them"... Really????. Well, if its so complicated for dumb people to use them, please make sure you cover them with at least some cheap tape. So, you only get some low pressure water to start, some clear diluted soap solution, no foam at all, and then again some low pressure water to "rinse" your car. No wheel-tire cleaner, no pre-soap, no soap foam, no wax, anything. By the time I was "done" rinsing my car, I had spent 10 bucks. Not returning to this shady place ever again and please dont support businesses who do deceptive practice of business. If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars.

I have been coming to this car wash since 2009 and they are so awesome. Recently I got a new car and paint from a painters truck got all over my car. Im talking about the whole body of my car was covered in paint spots from front to back. Ive tried having them wash the paint off but it had already settled on to my car. I even went to my dealer where they tried using a high water pressure hose to see if they paint would come off and they couldnt me. Instead they told I had to go get my car repainted but when I return to emporium Steve was their with the gentleman who washed my car prior today and they assured me that they could get off. A couple of hours later my prince was back to normal, I know it was a long process but they did what they promise and I am happy it. I love their customer service and they treat your car with care and pay attention to detail. Also they are pretty fast if anyone was to ask me where would I recommend them to wash their car I would definitely tell them to come here!!!!

Best car wash for the price.Ive gone to all the other before coming here. Theyre in and out consist of washing the car drying the car cleaning the rims cleaning the windows vacuuming carpet wiping down the dash steering wheel and console also so clean your rubber mats shine your tires and add air freshener from 10 to $15 so I dont know why people are complaining and bitching about the area.It is what it is,go pay 25 or better for less.

Dont use these old school car washes. We live in a new Era. Just look at these reviews and ask yourself, do you want to go out of your way for sub par service, or do you wanna sit home and open up the Washmywhip app? My guys will come to you wherever your car is and we dont use water! We use an eco friendly biodegradable spray that cuts through dirt and leaves a waxy shine. DOWNLOAD THE APP AND SAVE TIME. First of all the manger/owner is a extremely rude human been who never learned anything about customer service (not to mention "hospitality" that might be french to him) for someone that runs a business that should be the basics. Second, this place is falling apart, everything is old, dirty and run-down. I can only recommend to everyone to stay away from this so called car wash. It deserves a 0 star review

Pictures dont give it justice, it looks worse. Looks like a junk yard, came and left, I was scared to puncher a tire or get mugged. Advice for ownership, anyone who cares to wash their cars, usually cares what the place looks like where it is being done. Waisted 20 driving there.

This place is not open 24 hours its a scam the COIN MACHINES DONT SAY HOW MUCH THEY ARE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY! this is the most ghetto carwash ever. The machines dont have any coin return the place is falling apart!

Just as raggedy as it looks. Took my quarters no prices listed. Then change machine took my dollar. Looked in machine, it wasnt even set up. The dollar just fell on the other side in some room Raggedy!
