I asked if it was touchless. He said yes. It clearly isnt. Im pretty sure 95% of the cleaning was actually done by the initial manual walk-around with a sprayer. The automated washing part appeared to do little-to-nothing to clean the sides of the car. I guess some soapy water accidentally runs over the sides but theres no cleaning mechanism I could identify that did anything to the sides. And the proof is in the pudding: the sides of the car are still dirty. The clearcoat on my paint is slowly failing on my hood, and when I get a decent clearcoat/wax at a carwash it always looks infinitely better. In this case there was zero improvement in the appearance so I wouldnt waste any money on the clearcoat. On the positive side, the lady who worked in the office was really nice.
