I RENTED FROM THEM FOR A TOTAL OF 8 MONTHS. OUT OF THE BLUE ONE MONTH THE OWNER RANDOMLY STATED SHE DID NOT RECEIVE MY PAYMENT AND I PAID HER. HER WAY OF PAYING WAS TO PUT IT IN THE MAIL BOX. THE STORAGE ALSO IS INCLUDED WITH A CAR WASH SO ANYONE WASHING THEIR CAR HAS ACCESS TO THE MAIL BOX SHE ALSO REFUSES TO GIVE RECEIPTS. A WEEK OR SO A GUY CAME TO MY HOME SAYING HE RANDOMLY SAY MY PICTURES ALONG WITH A PAYSTUB IN HIS DUMPSTER ALONG WITH ALL MY FURNITURE. THE PAYSTUB IS HOW HE FOUND MY ADDRESS BUT HE SAYS THAT ALL MY OTHER STUFF IS COVERED IN TAR IN THE DUMPSTER. THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO THROW AWAY MY THINGS LET ALONE TOUCH THEM SINCE I PAID THEM AND EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY DIDNT GET IT THEY GAVE ME NO TIME TO GET MY THINGS OUT OR A WARNING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO THROW THEM AWAY. ALSO I DONT BELIEVE THEY THREW MY THINGS AWAY I HAD NICE NEW TVS AND ASHLEY FURNITURE I BELIEVE THEY SOLD MY THINGS FOR PROFIT. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CHEAP THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY BY PRETENDING NOT TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT AND SELLING YOUR STUFF....

I am the owner of the ministorage and my name is Seth Tuttle. The previous post was posted by a customer who lost her case in court. She did not pay her rent and she took us to court and claimed we never tried to contact her. In the hearing we produced phone records that proved we had attepted to reach her over 20 times and left messages (the time for each call was posted and we recorded the messages). The case was thrown out of court. She omits those facts and presents false claims againt us. Notice she leaves no contact information and while in court she could not prove that she was able to pay her rent. This is a well run business that has been in existance over 30 years. While I feel sorry for her there is not any way we can store belongings for free. Obviously a case of sour grapes.

Automatic car wash with reasonable price and short line, but it keep dripping soapy water on my car after the rinse cycle ended. The soap dries on my car and left a film.
